Zac was very professional and did an amazing job I would recommend his company and will use him the next time I need him. He also came from Merced to Modesto which is a plus.

I was really pleased with the quality and responsiveness of this company. I called on a Sunday morning and had a service repair man at my house and air conditioner repaired all within two hours. Zac had the part needed to replace the bad one. I couldn’t have been more pleased with a situation I thought was going to be a nightmare.

Called zac and he was able to set up a appointment within a hour of me calling him. He showed up on time and found the problem with my ac right away. Had my ac running in less then 30 mins. Definitely using zac again.

Zac was easy to get a hold of and remembered to text when he was on his way. He was able to fix the problem right away to restore my A/C and was thorough in inspecting the rest of my system despite it being sweltering outside. Just our luck. Our AC decides to quit on us during the hottest part of summer. I reached out to our regular guy and of course busy. Zac's came recommend and we jumped on it. During the sweltering heatwave my A/C went out…to make matters worse it was on a Saturday morning. I am so grateful that I found ZAC’s listing. I am reminded of a time when service people treated you like a neighbor. Straight forward, fix what’s needed and fix it correctly for the least amount of money possible cuz that’s the right thing to do. Wow!! Zac is trustworthy, kind and knowledgeable. I recommend him very highly.

Our AC started making a terrible noise and hasnt been working well. Called Zac yesterday, a Sunday, he answered and schedule an appointment with me for today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. After about 20 minutes of him being on the roof he told us ours was the dirtiest he has seen in awhile. He spent quite a bit of time cleaning it and sure enough! The noise has stopped and the air inside is sooo much cooler! Great service, didnt try to charge me for things not needed. Wish I had called him earlier. Ill start using him for maintence once a year and any emergencies.

Zacs heating and air is the only business I will call. Has always been prompt and more than fair.. actually tried not to charge me one time ! Who does that these days...Zac does . Luv these people.
