Zac with ZACS AIR SYSTEMS repaired our heater recently. 12/10 Would recommend Zac to anyone needing heating, ventilated & air conditioning services!

Zac responded fast, and came out the same day to take a look at our heater. We needed a part to repair our heater and Zac gave us options to go to Modesto to get the part, wait the shipping, or overnight it. We happily chose to wait the shipping. Zac updated us on the parts early arrival, and urgently came back to repair as soon as it arrived. We thank and appreciate Zac for his professionalism, communication, urgency, and overall quality of work. Moving forward, we will give him a call for any hvac need and always refer his business to friends, family & strangers! Thank you again Zac!

Zac was very professional and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He did a great job installing a mini split unit for our master bedroom. He showed up when he said he would and finished on time as well. He was very professional and personable. Will definitely recommend him and also use him for any future work.

Thank you for coming out and fixing my ac unit. Zac came out to replace a motor and a clogged pipe that caused a little leak in the attic and he was very professional both times. He came out asap to fix our ac in the middle of a heat wave so I'm extremely grateful for his services.

My A/C unit suddenly stopped cooling during the recent heat wave here in the hot Central Valley of California . I called Zac’s Air Systems located in Merced,Ca., and within an hour Zac arrived at my home .
Zac throughly inspected my A/C system & was able to properly diagnose and identify exactly what components had failed causing my A/C to stop cooling. Zac didn’t just “ throw parts” at the A/C system or assume components were bad. Zac took the time to properly test & inspect each component which ultimately saved me over a thousand dollars by identifying a component that I had no idea was still under the original factory warranty!
Zac took care of the entire warranty process on my behalf and replaced the components in a timely manner. My A/C unit is now back working properly and is keeping my family cool!
Zac was very honest, professional & knowledgeable in his area of expertise!

HIGHLY recommend you give Zac a call. Our office AC unit stopped working, I gave Zac a call and he was there in less than 40 mins. Gave me a quote, had the part he needed, and got the job done in an hour. He truly cares about the customer and he cares about his business and reputation and it shows with the quality of work and professionalism.

After explaining my issue over the phone Zac’s air systems fit me into the schedule almost immediately! So soon during this busy time I wasn’t ready for the response. After arriving and diagnosing the issue he installed a new thermostat I had and fixed a wiring issue. All of this was after another A/C company attempted and were unable to find the issue! Zac’s air systems stayed in contact for a few days to make sure the problem was addressed and need no further response! Oh and a good personality.

Contacted Zac’s air system. After explaining what the issue was. He was able to go over that same day, and took care of the issue right away. I live out of the area so was not there in the home. But he kept me informed the whole time. He was quick to fix the problem. Will definitely save his number, to keep doing business with him since his services were quick and very professional.

Zac's has excellent customer service, timely responses and doesn't try to upcharge you with service you don't need. When they give you time window of when they are going to show up, they show up in that time frame and text or call you to let you know they're on the way. Highly reccomend Zac's!

Zac was so great! I called him at 8AM on a Monday and by 8:30 he arrived to my house in Atwater. He fixed so many things that were wrong with our home and was so upfront with everything. He was also super honest, which is hard to find these days with repairmen. I highly recommend you go with Zac for your AC needs and make him your go to. He sure is ours!

Today I called Zacs Air to see if they were the ones who took care of my air conditioner last year. They were. I talked to Zac told him what was going on. He was busy but said if he had a cancellation he would come out. Prayer works. Zac called me said he would be at my house in 10 minutes. He was. Zac and his coworker came and did what they do best professionally. They fixed the system and now I'm good. Zac was very kind in service & fair with pricing. If you need good. Overall a great experience! I really appreciate that he is available on weekends, so many companies are not. Zac came out same day and was diligent in trouble shooting my HVAC system. Call them in a Sunday Morning, show up within an hour. Technician Jack was great and knowledgeable. Owner Zac showed up later and guided us tru the issue that was solved ASAP. Great service!!! 100% recommended.

Had issues with the ac blowing warm air and shutting off in 100+ degree weather! I called Zac on a Sunday in the evening to book an appointment for the next day but he squeezed me in last minute and promptly came to check what was going on. I'm so grateful for the service despite the time I called, especially during this heat! He kindly explained what was wrong and gave me a first time customer discount! I most definitely will continue using Zac's Air System's services in the future and strongly recommend them!

Exelent work and customer service, I called Zac for the firs time today in the morning, we arrange a 2 hours time frame and he came by on time, he also told me what the issue was with my furnace heater, and gave me an estimate to fix the problem, and i told him to fix it so it could solve the miss function on my furnace heater., and now my furnace heater is working out normally, I would strongly recommend him to service your AC or Heater problems.

I had another company come out and tell me I had to replace my AC unit. Zacs made time in their schedule, same day, to verify if it needed replacing and it did not! I was a simple part replacement. They literally saved me thousands of dollars! All the guys were friendly and honest and did a great job. I will call them for any future HVAC needs! Highly recommend.

I got home after a long day of work to find out my AC was not working. On a Sunday and after 7pm I was super bummed thinking no one would come out. I remembered seeing some positive posts about Zacs services online so I figured I'd give it a shot. I called the numbe and Zac literally came out, assessed the issue and fixed my AC all in under one hour.
