Long story short- Manuel is the reason we're switching pest control companies. His responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service were exceptional. We are looking forward to working with Advantage IPM going forward and would highly recommend Manuel Moreno to anyone in need of pest control services.

Long story- After months of dealing with recurring issues and growing frustration with our previous pest control company, we finally made the switch to Advantage IPM--and it was one of the best decisions we've made.

The final straw came when we discovered a large, active wasp nest inside our dryer vent. Not only was it a safety concern, but it also meant we couldn't use our washer or dryer. When we contacted our existing pest control provider, they told us it would be five days before they could come out. That response was incredibly disappointing given the urgency of the situation.

We reached out to Advantage IPM, and Manuel Moreno came out the very same day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and immediately got to work addressing the problem.

The wasp nest was large and extremely active, but Manuel handled it with confidence and expertise. Thanks to him, the issue was resolved quickly, and we were able to get back to normal.

Their representative took the time to walk me through what they could offer and what I could do on my own. He was generous with both his time and advice. I ended up not needing to hire anyone for this job, doing the work myself. But I'll remember their integrity and generosity, and I'll choose them for any future work I need and recommend them to others.

We have an ant infestation and they were so helpful. Immediately sent out options and offered solutions with reasonable prices--thanks to Lilly for all the help!

Highly recommend Advanced IPM for pest control. This company has serviced my property/home for over 3 years. I had red ants near my driveway when I first moved in and after one treatment, red ants disappeared for good. Brad Sausser is my service technician. He's responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. Brad reaches out when it's time to service my property. He works with me to schedule a date and time that works best for me. I have dogs and Brad is always willing to schedule a service time that allows me to bring my dogs inside while he treats the outside of my home. Brad is always responsive when I ask questions via text. I had an emergency situation recently and needed Brad to check an area of my property for a possum or unknown animal. I called Brad and he came out within 30 minutes. He figured out the problem and addressed it for me. Advanced IPM is affordable and high quality pest control!

I've had Brad at Advanced IPM doing pest control services at my home for a little over a year now. He's continues to provide outstanding pest control service. One day this past year, I notified Brad that I had an active wasp nest. In less than 30 minutes, he was at my house and took care of it. In addition to the 1 wasp nest, he looked around and found a 2nd nest, which he immediately took action. With my former pest control service, they would have been there the next day. I always have a concern with the safety of insecticides around my house, and I appreciate the fact that Advanced IPM utilizes broad spectrum essential oil based insecticides. We moved to the area last October and needed pest control. We found IPM and Brad! He's been great, he works with my schedule because we have a dog and he's very thorough each time. He's professional, very polite, and has great communication with his clients. Brad is extremely efficient and I can always count on him when I need service. Advanced ipm helped us with our pest inspection and Brad was so thorough and professional we opted to switch our monthly pest control to advanced ipm. I am giving a 5 star review because aside from accommodating me so quickly, my technician Anthony really blew me away with his customer service. He was professional, friendly, and super informative and very thorough. He was not rushing and really took the time to inspect the problem we are currently having. We have been struggling with red flour beetles, and although we are in the process of getting everything taking care of, he truly is going above and beyond for our situation to try and find the resolution. I strongly recommend this company for your pest control needs.

The technician, Brad Sausser, is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. There is a wonderful orange tree at my Atwater backyard, but fallen oranges attract rats. While I was away on a trip, the rats invaded the attic and walls of my home. At night, it sounded like a poltergeist, and they were LOUD. A rat infestation is an unfortunate and anxiety provoking event. Brad inspected the house and attic thoroughly, analyzed locations of rodent activity, placed several traps, and also sprayed around the house perimeter to get rid of insect pests. It gives me peace of mind to know that competent professional treatment will evict the uninvited and noisy little "house guests".

Had a great experience with Advanced IPM! I found myself in need of some pest control and after calling around Advanced IPM were the only ones to pick up my call. From the sales/sign up phase to the service phase they made every step of the process painless and quick. My service tech Brad was awesome! He came through for us with excellent service, and the solution he proposed and setup worked very quickly. Our family is now resting a little easier knowing that we have Advanced IPM in our corner to take care of any of our pest control needs.

Absolutely phenomenal! We have had an ant problem for weeks and I used another company which failed. I found Advanced IPM on Yelp and I looked on their web site and they seemed very reputable. I filled out a quote request and within 10 minutes Mark called me and to my surprise he told me they could have a tech out the next day. Eric showed up and could not be more pleasant and knowledgeable. He really took his time to find out where the ants were coming from and had a plan to combat them. Reasonably priced, great tech, you cannot go wrong with this company, in my opinion.

We live in the country and pests can be overwhelming. This year the ants were out in force and our previous service provider couldn't handle it.
