Great communication and responsive. Rich called me back within 30 minutes of leaving a message. He offered to repair the water heater but it is more than 12 years old so we decided to replace it. Brought everything up to code for less than the price quoted. Nice to deal with an honest company.

Had a great experience with Rich! He knew exactly what to fix from a simple phone call, took about 20 minutes to repair and my shower has been working perfectly since then!

Very professional and thorough. Something was wrong with our hot water heater and upon inspection, he realized there was also a leak. He quickly replaced some stuff (don’t know proper terminology) and fixed the leak. Great service!

This company was available on the weekend and came the very next day! Richard was really through and checked the pipes underground and outside and found more than one pipe that was leaking, he took his time and made sure everything was working well when he was done! Really happy with his work !

We had the knob in the tub stop working so water was flowing non stop.
Called my property manager on Saturday morning At 7am and 15 minutes later Rich showed up to evaluate the problem. He went to the store to find the components but since it was the weekend the store he needed was closed. He did a temporary fix so we can use the bathroom since we only have one. He went back to store once he could and came back to fix the situation. He handled the situation very well. He was professional and timely. He informed us of every step and took care of the problem. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Approximately August 2022 I had a sprinkler repair done and they were on time and quick. So I decided this would be my go to company for future jobs. Fast forward to end of January 2023, scheduled an appt with two hr window for a possible sewer line blockage after two voicemails were left. No one showed up to the appt nor was I informed why that same day. Called and no one answered till the next day apologizing that they were overbooked. I responded to txts they sent to reschedule and again no response after. Been wasting days with clogged shower drains and toilet. Should have just told me straight up they can’t fit me into the schedule instead of dragging it out into the weekend. Thanks for the professionalism of customer communication and integrity.

A+ experience! I appreciated that the technician wore protective coverings on his work boots so my floors didn't get dirty. It was quick and easy and I felt informed every step of the way. Highly recommend. Very fast response, clean and professional work. Rich took the time to explain the issue and how it would be resolved. Then proceeded to do exactly what was said. Great value and excellent customer service. The person doing the scheduling was also very efficient and helpful.

From the very start they were very responsive and quickly gave me a quote over the phone as well as had someone come out within an hour. Very kind and positive people the technician was very kind and knowledgeable he solved the issue Quickly. The price was also great! I would 100% recommend.

I called Valley Plumbing Pros and got Rich on the line. This was the second time I needed them. The first time, Rich, gave a very clear estimate of repair. The second time, I called Rich, it was in the morning when my son saw a leak in my front yard. By early afternoon David G. was there. He ran the camera to find a stick blocking the water from going down the sewer line. He cleared the blockage and was kind to stop by another time to put a cap on the line. I highly recommend them. P.S.: David was also kind enough to give a discount which is available through their website for first time customers. I did not even ask for it but he gave it anyway.

If I could give more stars I would! From the start, Paola was very friendly and let me know they would send someone out to my house within the hour and sure enough Richard was here within that hour! Richard was extremely knowledgeable about the work he does and explained to us what he was doing. After our 14 year old water heater bit the dust, Rich from Valley Plumbing Pros took my call on a Saturday, gave me a reasonable quote (please do yourself a favor and call at least 2-3 places), and came out on Monday to do the removal and install. Great job! Totally satisfied!
