i booked a carpet cleaning service for my whole home, including 7-8 rooms, hallways, and stairs. miguel and luis were quick to respond, arrived on time, and were very professional and friendly. miguel did an awesome job. i moved into a place and the basement carpet hadn't been cleaned in ages. miguel showed up and got straight to work. he explained every step he was taking during the prep and even gave me some tips on how to fix a few bubbles in the carpet. he managed to get out a bunch of stains i thought would never come out, even paint! it's clear that miguel really cares about his work and making customers happy is important to him. while he was finishing up the invoice, i asked him lots of questions about floor care, and told him i was struggling to get my bathroom grout clean. he shared advice on which products to use and how to use them for the best results. then he went out to his truck, brought in a product sample, and let me try it out. it worked—my grout is spotless now. overall, it was a great experience and the work was amazing. i'll definitely call miguel for any carpet or floor cleaning from now on!

I dropped them off and received a call a few days later, surprisingly informing me that not only were they able to remove the new stains and odors, but they also managed to eliminate an old stain on the dining room carpet that had previously proven impossible to remove by other cleaning services. The carpets were delivered to my doorstep today and they both look and smell fantastic, far better than the last time I had them cleaned by a more costly service.
