The owner picked up both rugs and later informed me that the living room rug couldn’t be cleaned with steam because it was rayon. Instead, it needed a special bath to clean it properly without causing damage, which would be an additional cost. That explains why it never felt fresh before. The other rug turned out amazing despite the dust and wear from construction and pets. the technician called me around 12:30 to let me know he’d arrive at 1. he showed up right on time and started setting up his carpet cleaning equipment. i had moved most of my furniture except for a couple end tables, my coffee table, and a recliner. donovan was very friendly and careful with my things. he made sure my carpets were cleaned really well, even getting under the coffee table and putting tabs under the wooden legs to protect my furniture. the price was a bit more than i first thought, but the quality of the carpet cleaning made it worth it, especially since i had new furniture coming in. after vacuuming this morning, i noticed the stains were completely gone and the carpet looks great. customer service is definitely a 5+. i really appreciate how much this business cares!
