I can't say enough good things about this chimney sweep team! They were fantastic from start to finish. My father needed his chimney cleaned and some maintenance done before getting a new roof. When he first called, they weren’t available right away, but someone got back to him quickly and was able to send a technician out the same day. Micah and Ashton came out and handled as much as they could that day, letting us know there were a few more repairs needed. They returned just two days later to finish everything up. My parents are both elderly, and since my father couldn’t be there, I stayed with my mother while the work was being done. Both Micah and Ashton were incredibly kind and respectful, making sure my mom felt comfortable and explaining everything clearly. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they really took the time to make sure the chimney was clean and safe. I appreciated how thoughtful and considerate they were with my family.
