Excellent! Dickson answered the phone on a flight back into town and was out at the property within a couple of hours! He identified the problem and did quality work in record time! Reliability, good communication, and a fair price is hard to come by these days. I will definitely be calling him for future work!

I woke up this morning to my sink, backed up and filling with sludge. I called Dr. drain and they were here within two hours. They assessed the situation, recommended the solution and got to work immediately. They had all the equipment necessary to complete the job, fully, effectively and left the place clean and tidy I will use their services again in the future.

Dickson was on time and kept me informed. He arrived with a colleague, took his shoes off, listened to my situation and provided 2 options. He did my job quickly and I hope it is a permanent fix.

Did not fix the back up of my bathtub and I paid $400 just to snake it and never was able to fix it actually they made it worse

Dandy worked efficiently and very quickly when replacing my corroded galvanized valves for my laundry washer. He was very careful to prevent the pipe from bursting, which would've cost me much more. He came on time and got the job done very quickly. I would recommend Dr. Drain Plumbing and Rooter.

Dr. Drain very quickly responded to my post on ThumbTack and scheduled same day appointment. The plumber came at the scheduled time and was able to fix both issues - garbage disposal not working and toilet tank leaking water into the bowl - quickly and for a reasonable price. Briccio is a very friendly guy. Drain was cleared quickly and he explained a few options. I wasn’t expecting to pay as much as I did but hey problem solved and I guess inflation, right?
