All reviews for AMD Construct

Thank you AMD Construct for remodeling my house. I liked the designer because it was the person that gave me a vision of how I wanted my house to look like. The project manager was very nice and answered all my questions, gave me good advices in areas where I didn’t have much knowledge. I definitely recommend this company for any house remodeling!

Absolute Perfection in San Jose - Exceeded Every Expectation!

If I could give AMD Construct more than 5 stars, I would. They recently completed a full remodel of our home here in San Jose, and the results are nothing short of spectacular. From the initial design consultation to the final walk-through, their team demonstrated an unwavering commitment to quality, professionalism, and true perfectionism

Every detail was executed flawlessly. Our outdated kitchen has been transformed into a stunning, modern masterpiece with top-of-the-line appliances and beautiful custom cabinetry. All of our bathrooms were completely redone with a sleek, contemporary design that feels like a luxury spa. The craftsmanship is evident in every corner, from the flawless tile work to the perfect paint lines

What truly sets AMD Construct apart is their process. They maintained an impeccably clean worksite, provided clear and consistent communication daily, and their timeline was remarkably accurate. The project manager was always on-site, ensuring every step met their incredibly high standards

They have taken our house in a beautiful San Jose neighborhood and turned it into our absolute dream home. Investing in AMD Construct is investing in peace of mind. They are honest, incredibly talented, and their work speaks for itself. We are so grateful and could not recommend them more highly. If you are considering a remodel in the South Bay, look no further this is the company you want

We had our bathroom renovation by AMD. We more than 10 quotes from different companies and AMD provided us with the most reasonable offer. They are responsive to all our concerns throughout the process. Their staffs are respectful to our home and accomodating to our needs. They have a good team overall and able resolved any issues. We are satisfied with their service and finished bathroom. Thanks.

We had just the best experience with AMD Construct. They were extremely professional and got our beautiful bathroom renovation done exactly on time. The whole team was courteous, responsible and responsive. I would definitely hire them again!

I hired Danylo from AMD construct to prepare the space under my stairs for a custom cabinet installation, and he did an excellent job. He worked closely with the Dmitrii from USA moscato to fully understand the project requirements and ensure the space was prepared exactly according to the cabinet design. This coordination helped make the installation process smooth and seamless.

He removed the existing drywall, carefully prepared the area, installed new flooring, and finished the drywall along the sides with great attention to detail. The space was properly leveled and finished, providing a solid and clean foundation for the cabinets.

He was professional, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout the process. He was respectful of my home and ensured everything was done correctly. The quality of his work and his willingness to coordinate with the Dmitrii made a big difference in the final result.

I would highly recommend him for drywall, flooring, and general remodeling or preparation work.

I've contacted many many contractors and these people are the worst when it comes to communication and fees.

I had them install my kitchen counter top along with sink, garbage disposable and dishwasher

The installers were all good people - the 1 star review is for whoever the hell their management is.

They make false promises and point blank tell me that something will get that on a specific day and then no one shows up and no contact for days. On the day of payment they send me a receipt 10 minutes before and tell me oh btw these fees need to be added on. It wouldn't be a problem if they told me before hand but what kind of business does it after they buy supplies and materials without asking me first and then suddenly tell me by just adding on fees.

Trust me when I say go somewhere else. You'll waste your money here.

I chose this company to do my repairs. The workers themselves are great, but the management is terrible. They don't answer calls, they charge extra fees that I didn't agree to. The work wasn't done on time. The staff turnover in this company is because different people do the same work. Don't waste your time and money.

Extremely disappointed with Daniel in getting a bathroom remodel quote from this contractor! They draw you in saying they are a small local company giving low price quotes but when I got a quote for a bathroom remodel they were the most expensive of 5 contractors; I wasted my time!
