Costco needs to maintain a great value experience and so there is no need to negotiate on the pricing. A Plus quoted $3500 more for the heat pump compared to other Lennox proposals from two licensed installers with the same model and ton. Not happy with the quote. Also A Plus quotes are different based on the sales person as my friend got a similar quote with $2000 cheaper than mine. So it looks like there is no fair pricing with their proposal and no Costco advantage.

Installation and service is prompt and flawless. The team installed the split unit in all rooms within 48 hours and even provided immediate service when a power surge caused the heat pump to go kaput. Jane and her team are prompt and provide excellent service. Strongly recommend if you plan to get new units installed.

I went to A Plus through the Costco HVAC program, and if I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!
Teresa, Rebecca, Brandon, and Hiero were outstanding during the consultation phase, and the four-person crew who completed the installation last week were incredibly professional and highly skilled. They managed to replace my entire HVAC system, including additional work, in just one day. Everything has been working perfectly since then.
A Plus handled all the details, making the entire process seamless and stress-free for me. They were transparent and thorough, leaving no detail overlooked. I even asked Teresa to send me this Google Review link because I was so impressed with their work.
In terms of cost, A Plus was 40% more affordable than another local vendor I contacted for the same job. I highly recommend A Plus for their exceptional service and unbeatable value!
