We had an A/C problem, but Comfort Air was great, as usual. Our tech, Stephan, arrived promptly and walked us through everything he found and needed to do. He was unfailingly courteous and impressed us with his competence and care. We ended up replacing an 11-year-old capacitor and the A/C is working again, just in time for a hot weekend. Comfort air will be the first people we call if we ever hace another problem with our HVAC.

I highly recommend Comfort Energy. They installed 2 furnaces and air conditioners 8 years ago and did an wonderful job. Their service is excellent. I recently had my units serviced by Ralph one of their technicians and was very happy with the service and the provided. Ralph was knowledgeable, professional and neat, using show covers when in my home. Ralph was just great.

Comfort Energy is great. They keep you posted as when they will arrive and throughout the whole service process. Stephan Reich was our service tech who was focused and got the maintenance quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
