I had a hot water leak under my floor. Cruz was able to locate the leak and identify surrounding heating pipes. Their service was fast and the experience was excellent.

My Company is On R Way Plumbing. I have been using there Company multiple times have been really happy, there worker Sal called me ahead of time with Eta pin point where the copper pipes were going and found the leak in the house for my client. I open the walls and Jackpot the pipes were there. I by pass the walls no need to dig up the ground. My client was so happy I didn't have to rip out the floors. I told her Cruz leak locators were great, I have been recommending them to all my clients. There so busy you'll need to wait it's worth waiting on the right guys that will get the job done .

While they did a decent job (charge a lot) of looking for leaks in our old radiant heating setup, they failed to get the system back to its working state. Just said “call a plumber.” Not easy to find a radiant heating aware plumber. No heat at all until someone helped get it back up fairly easily. Not impressed.

My plumber hired C Cruz before and I myself used American leak detection at a different site so I kind of know how they operate.
I decided to call C Cruz as this house has radiant and everything is in or under the slab. Chris Sr. and his tech identified the underground leak fairly quick. They also marked where the water lines are and let me know how the pipes run. Chris Sr. has gone extra miles spending time to figure out my over-complicated pipe madness in the utility closet as the radiant/tankless/tank all involved. Several plumbers in the past refused to work in this closet as they couldn't figure things out-that's how messy it is. Sr. explained things in details and made several logical suggestions how the problem can be solved at the minimum costs as possible. Sr.'s suggestion helps me to avoid digging and this is probably the best money I've ever spent and one of the best contractors I've used. Highly recommended.

My plumber recommended Chris Cruz to do a video inspection of my sewer line. The first time he came, my plumber had not sufficiently clear the line and he did not charge for the visit. The second time he came he not only did a thorough inspection but corrected several incorrect comments made by my plumber. He obviously knows his job. Very professional and right on time!!

Van and Alan were amazing to work with. They repaired a broken drain type in the front wall of my house. The plumbing repair, wall repair, and everything were top notch.

Van was able to come within 30 mins for a clogged kitchen sink.
He was very professional and used his snaking machine to unclog the sink and also make sure the water is going properly.
His charges are also quite decent compared to some other places that I contacted.
Definitely recommend.

Had a malfunctioning water heater *installed by ABE Plumbing* a few years ago. Called in for help and Van (owner I believe) suggested I look elsewhere.

I was puzzled at first and called another company. They came and told me the water heater was unserviceable due to a bad installation location.

I called Van back and was told straight up he couldn't & wouldn't help me before hanging up the phone on me.

Terrible customer experience.

Very courteous and competent. Very reasonable estimates for other plumbing services I was curious about. I would definitely recommend A.B.E. Plumbing.

Van kept changing his mind if he had enough time for me. After I bought the part Van told me to buy, he told me he would be at my place the following afternoon. When he did not show, I called him, and he said he did not have enough time for me and we agreed I would call another plumber. Van must have fogotten about agreeing that I call another plumber, because he called the following day and said he is now available. When I returned his call a few hours later, he gave me a lecture about returnning his call immediately or he could not help me. He also kept telling me all his problems doing his other jobs because of his men being sick, etc. I have no idea if Van is a good or bad plumber, but I do not wish to deal with Van again.

Van and his team did incredible job installing sewer clean out at my house. We had drain problem for a while and contacted ABE plumbing through reviews on Nextdoor. First they removed the blockage through roof, then installed clean out, used camera to show the tree roots in sewer line. Very professional and punctual. 4 people spent 8 hrs finishing the job with perfection. I highly recommend ABE plumbing (Van & Tim) for any of your plumbing works.

Just had my sewer line replaced by I fix it plumbing. Well very professional. Took care of getting permits and finished work quickly.. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needed major plumbing work done!

This company, without a doubt is second to none in their service and their ability to work with the customer. I was told by one plumber that I needed expensive parts and new water heater. When fix-it plumbing showed up, they did exactly that they fixed it and it still works today. Juan is a professional and should be hired every time.
