Great service and very responsive. I’ve used Above & Beyond several times and have very satisfied with their service, I would highly recommend.

I've been using this business for several years and have nothing but the highest regard for the quality of their service, their cleaning and their professional attitude. Jay and Nick do excellent work and I plan to to continue using them on my property and for my real estate clients.

I purchased an L shaped couch, used but in good condition. Tried to pick an upholstery cleaner from various websites, reading reviews, trying to minimize the risk of getting taken advantage of.
LUCKY ME! Above and Beyond Carpet answered my quote request in just a couple hours on a weekend! Followed up with quick responses to a couple of questions, and the addition of my area rug to the work order was a piece of cake!
Jay and Josh were on time, introduced themselves and started right away.
There were some paint spots that they scrubbed out and the couch truly looks brand new!
They gave me a couple tips on the dry time and maintenance, cleaned up and were pulling out of my driveway when I realized there were several more seat cushions still in the garage.
They stopped the van, and came back to finish the cushions! I know they had another appointment, and they still said “let’s do it!”
I will never used any other carpet / upholstery cleaners.

We were referred by a local HVAC company to Above & Beyond to clean our vents and air ducts after noticing that our children were congested way too often. After learning of some of their allergies we felt it would be beneficial to have our HVAC system cleaned and sanitized since we haven't done so in the 2.5 years we have been in our home. And wow, was everything in need of a good spring cleaning!

We were able to schedule a cleaning within two days of first reaching out to Jay. He and his assistant were professional, courteous and overall just genuinely nice people! It's sometimes hard to find honest and trustworthy businesses who want to provide great services at great prices!

Additionally, it's a cherry on top that they use organic cleaning supplies! We would highly recommend them and I think the before and after pictures speak for themselves!

Set carpet cleaning appointment with them 9/2020 for next day small apartment carpet cleaning,. Explained it was a small job, 15x15' carpet, probably take 15 minutes.
Ricardo confirms with me by text they would arrive next morning, gave me reasonable quote, which I said I would add extra to the quote.

Day of appointment...NO SHOW.
I texted him back after waiting, NO CALL BACK !

I waited a whole hour waiting for arrival OR call...NOTHING!

Avoid the his UNPROFESSIONAL company.
Who cares if others say that hey clean well.

I wouldn't ever deal with them OR refer them!
