Jesse Garcia and another crewmember were very kind and professional and allowed me to take a mattress and box spring from my garage to their truck since I hadn't put it in the dumpster enclosure. This company keeps our dumpster ares clean and we very much appreciate the service they provide. It's always a bonus when the employees are not only good at their jobs but have great attitudes and respect for their customers. Thank you, Jesse.

Our building has been a client of Strategic Sanitation Services for almost two years. The odor control system has made a significant difference with regards to the trash chutes and the quarterly power washing of the trash room adds another layer of cleanliness.

Their team is very responsive, communicates frequently with updates after each visit; definitely an awesome vendor to work with.

This is the best service offered! They are on property 3-days a week. They re-distribute our trash when the bins are full, clean the trash areas and power wash them quarterly. They do an incredible job keeping our property trash areas looking their best! Thank you to our weekly team that cleans for us and thank you to the office staff, Kirsten, Arianna and Keri for taking such good care of us!

I love Strategic and the workers that service our apartments they are awesome, however is it necessary to work on Christmas? It's not like trash trucks don't pass by anyways. The holiday should be about spending time with family not alone cleaning the never-ending trash. Makes me wonder if the only the managers get the day off.

I have been dealing with Raul, Tony V, Alvaro F Miguel C since I became the service manager for Grand Regency, and they have been amazing. Knowledgable and if they don’t have an answer they know who does. The power washing and the cleaning of the enclosures are great! Glad to have them as one of my best vendors.

We thanked Miguel and Alvaro today for their hard work. Our HOA community is an absolute dump each and every week, and these guys do a great job restoring it to a clean slate. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Thank you Strategic.
