Swift Water Heater handled a tank-to-tankless conversion at my parents' place along with a new water softener replacement and a Moen Flo shutoff system. The workmanship itself has been solid — clean install and everything's working great so far. One thing to know going in: no permit was pulled for the job, so if that matters to you, ask about it up front. Otherwise a good experience and very knowledgeable. Pricing is very fair also

Swift Water Heater is amazing! We have had several other companies come out and look at our tankless water heater. Finally, when we found Swift, they know what they were doing! We now use them every single year for service!

We bought a house that had a water softener system, reverse osmosis system, and tankless water heater, all purchased from Swift by the previous homeowner last year. Needed to have the water softener components removed temporarily while the garage floor was being epoxy coated. Swift's technicians showed up on time to remove and a few days later, replace the water softener. I took the opportunity to have them explain to me how the various items (softener, R/O and tankless heater) worked, as I have no prior experience with any of them. Everything was explained clearly and cheerfully. The techs were prompt, friendly, neat, and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with what I felt was a reasonable price for the unusual (remove/replace) service I had requested. All in all, a very positive experience with Swift Water Heater.

Jesse Garcia and another crewmember were very kind and professional and allowed me to take a mattress and box spring from my garage to their truck since I hadn't put it in the dumpster enclosure. This company keeps our dumpster ares clean and we very much appreciate the service they provide. It's always a bonus when the employees are not only good at their jobs but have great attitudes and respect for their customers. Thank you, Jesse.

Our building has been a client of Strategic Sanitation Services for almost two years. The odor control system has made a significant difference with regards to the trash chutes and the quarterly power washing of the trash room adds another layer of cleanliness.

This is the best service offered! They are on property 3-days a week. They re-distribute our trash when the bins are full, clean the trash areas and power wash them quarterly. They do an incredible job keeping our property trash areas looking their best! I love Strategic and the workers that service our apartments they are awesome, however is it necessary to work on Christmas? It's not like trash trucks don't pass by anyways. The holiday should be about spending time with family not alone cleaning the never-ending trash. Makes me wonder if the only the managers get the day off.

I have been dealing with Raul, Tony V, Alvaro F Miguel C since I became the service manager for Grand Regency, and they have been amazing. Knowledgable and if they don’t have an answer they know who does. The power washing and the cleaning of the enclosures are great! Glad to have them as one of my best vendors.
