This company was sent out but my homeowners insurance, I asked for the leak underneath my sink to be repaired and a Gentleman did exactly that all the invoice it should have been the holes to my ice maker it wasn't the company that messed up it was the insurance I called the homeowners insurance while they were there and they told me that they did put it on the list but the gentleman who came out show me no it was not on the list. He took his time to find out why my ice maker was not getting any water, and she did not have to go over that extra mile but this gentleman did! I appreciate that because I have dealt with rude service people before and this technician was not. From the moment that I open the door they gave me nothing but the utmost respect and they were very respectable and professional. The technician said once my insurance at the hose line on to their invoice he will come back out and fix it so my ice maker work. It has been a long time since I have given a company great reviews and this company deserved it.

The gentleman that came out to our house was nice and new when he was doing. My stove stopped working, it had something to do with the breaker. He was able to fix it and we were able to have a warm meal.
Highly recommend this company.

I contacted "Choice Home Warranty" to File a Claim for a Water Leak under My Kitchen Sink. They gave Me a Claim Number, then, scheduled an Appointment(Automatically) with Performance Electrical & Plumbing. Evidently, there's a glitch in the Appointment Process between the 2 Companies. I called Performance E & P and spoke with Bob, last week, who Rescheduled My Appointment for 12-28-22, between 12-3 p.m. Another glitch in the E-mail System influenced Me to call Bob to confirm My Appointment. He made arrangements to send a Tech to My Home to Inspect My Water Line, today. Matt arrived around 12:00. He was very Friendly, Courteous, Professional, and Helpful in answering questions I had. I would like to request Matt to respond to any Future Appointments I may have, for necessary repairs. "Thank You Bob, and Matt", for understanding the urgency of My Water Leak Situation!"

Performance Electrical came out to my home through a ticket created by my home warranty company. When creating an appointment I didn't have to wait on hold and spoke to an actual human being that I could easily understand. My issue turned out to be a simple fix and the personnel were very professional. They were on time, answered some general questions I had and were out within the hour.

Jeff was very professional and respectful of the property and did a fantastic repair of our kitchen and dining room lighting repair. Hopefully we won’t have anymore repairs but if we do, we most definitely call Performance Electrical and Plumbing. That you for the service and at a fair price.

I was assigned this company by First American Home Warranty for some electrical issues. I saw a lot of negative reviews about this company before they came out and was terrified of what I might encounter, but I had a very pleasant experience. They called very quickly to schedule an appointment and had availability the same week. I had a conflict so I had to reschedule, which they did quickly and worked around my schedule. Jeff came out and was very friendly. It ended up being a very simple fix, but he was honest and did not try to squeeze more money out of me. He also gave me some tips on another issue I was experiencing that I had not made a claim on, and I was able to follow his directions and fix it myself.

Great service! Great attitude. Jeff is knowledgeable about electrical systems, and very pleasant. The times I called the office to set up and check on the appointment, the staff were absolutely professional. Jeff did a fantastic job and had all the outlets and microwave in the kitchen working within 15 minutes, even though he had to replace some electrical parts. Do not hesitate to call them--they do show up when they say they will!!!

Drew worked really hard to find a leak. was very thorough very professional. Thank you very much. But led me to believe they would be out to seal the shower ! So this morning I called them to see when they were going to come out and they said that choice Home Warranty will not cover it😱😱😱

Our plumbing rep arrived within the time window specified. He quickly identified the problem and tried to fix it. After some time, the problem couldn’t be repaired. He then explained to us options of replacement, and said he’ll come back to install a new one next week. Overall, he is efficient, knowledgeable and professional.

Jeff was super nice. He let me know what was going to happen and when I should be expected to back from the company. My dog loved him.

Jeff was the electrician That deserves thanks for expertly installing a thirty amp breaker to my electrical box to light up my RV trailer.Everything works perfectly, thanks SO much!!

Bob coordinated with my insurance company and was very organized and patient. Ben the plumber was on time, personable, efficient, professional and was cleaned the work area immediately after the installation.

Very quick and efficient first steps to using my warranty. Robert explained everything that was wrong, what I should be expecting next and how long I should expect to wait before things to proceed. Happy thus far with the process.

Manager adjust the appointment time frame, avoid another slip or reschedule. Technician Jeff keeps updating his on the way info and show up accordingly. With his skill the problem causing got quicker found and report for approval. Excellent team work. Appreciate.
