Both plumbers exceptional professional. One problem the plumber who came out on the 29th of April stated that you can't snake a bathtub. You had to pull the toilet and snake from that location. So I waited three weeks for the company to send out a second plumber after my insurance okayed the toilet being removed, just to have the second guy snake the tub. And nothing has been resolved, my tub still doesn't drain. This gentleman says you can't unplug the tub through any other drain except the TUB. Now my question is this, which plumber is correct 🤔 My house sits on a slab with no crawl space. Now I am just a wee bit angry. Will someone please tell me the truth? I need my tub to drain.

This company was sent out but my homeowners insurance, I asked for the leak underneath my sink to be repaired and a Gentleman did exactly that all the invoice it should have been the holes to my ice maker it wasn't the company that messed up it was the insurance I called the homeowners insurance while they were there and they told me that they did put it on the list but the gentleman who came out show me no it was not on the list. He took his time to find out why my ice maker was not getting any water, and she did not have to go over that extra mile but this gentleman did! I appreciate that because I have dealt with rude service people before and this technician was not. From the moment that I open the door they gave me nothing but the utmost respect and they were very respectable and professional. The technician said once my insurance at the hose line on to their invoice he will come back out and fix it so my ice maker work. It has been a long time since I have given a company great reviews and this company deserved it.
