Oliver Becker from Home Depot Designs parked in front of my house and smoked a cigarette. Now my new house had a lingering tobacco smell. I tried to tell him what I didn't like about the kitchen so he could make suggestions on changing it. He was not friendly at all so I started asking if it was possible to make certain changes and he snaps back in a conceited way saying, "Home Depot can do anything." Now I'm afraid to tell him my ideas. HE FORGOT HIS MEASURING TAPE in the car TWICE. He comes back to show us pics of how demolished a kitchen would look instead of finished work. He called the demo dept. that wanted a non-refundable $50 consult fee. We declined. Oliver is upset, packs up his belongings without closing a conversation. I made small talk to find out if this was the end of his appt. He pompously states that our decline won't hurt because of how much business Home Depot receives - UNNECESSARY. Then he farts before leaving. Now I've got cigarette smell, fart sound, and his negative energy lingering in my house. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DISAPPOINTED.
