Able to schedule service for the next day while competitors not available for a week or longer. Knowledgeable, professional, timely and courteous. Ken was wonderful. Arrived on time, completed work, charged a reasonable price. I would use him again.

Had an issue with Christmas lights tripping a GFI outlet. The lights were not directly connected to a GFI outlet so I didn't think to check this. Checked the breaker and all was fine so I was stumped. Called ken and he suggested I check the GFI outlets. Sure enough one of them was tripped and a reset solved the problem. Ken was very patient and polite and did not charge for this. If we have any electrical issues in the future I will definitely be calling Ken!

It’s July 4th & a breaker tripped in my bedroom where my A/C unit is. I tried resetting it myself but it didn’t work. I called several electricians but only Jan from PIE called me back. He would have come to fix it but walked me thru how to reset over the phone & it worked!! No charge, either. If you need an electrician, PIE is who you should call!! Thank you, Jan!
