Able to schedule service for the next day while competitors not available for a week or longer. Knowledgeable, professional, timely and courteous. Ken was wonderful. Arrived on time, completed work, charged a reasonable price. I would use him again.

Had an issue with Christmas lights tripping a GFI outlet. The lights were not directly connected to a GFI outlet so I didn't think to check this. Checked the breaker and all was fine so I was stumped. Called ken and he suggested I check the GFI outlets. Sure enough one of them was tripped and a reset solved the problem. Ken was very patient and polite and did not charge for this. If we have any electrical issues in the future I will definitely be calling Ken!

It’s July 4th & a breaker tripped in my bedroom where my A/C unit is. I tried resetting it myself but it didn’t work. I called several electricians but only Jan from PIE called me back. He would have come to fix it but walked me thru how to reset over the phone & it worked!! No charge, either. If you need an electrician, PIE is who you should call!! Thank you, Jan!

Ken came over to our house on a last minute call from our Landlord. He was told to fix an issue with our connection from dryer to house. He finished quick and asked about our dryer, we explained we had a new one that we had just ordered, he started taking our dryer apart, unclogged it, and said "there you go!" you've been blessed. We cancelled our order and saved a lot of $. hope this review brings blessings to you as well. Good to have God fearing men in the work force doing the next right thing.

These guys were amazing! They were polite and respectful and they fixed everything I needed in a couple of hours and it didn't cost me a mortgage payment. I will definitely hire them again for other work we need done!

Overdue review! 2 months ago, I heard sizzling at my panel and my lights were turning off and on which was scary. I will teach myself to fix almost anything except electrical issues. Of course this happened on a Friday evening when everyone was going to close for the weekend. I don't have a lot of money or friends/family to help me. I found PIE electric because I found a review somewhwere that they are a faith based company, gave them a call, and the owner was so kind and helpful. Turns out he is even a pastor and not open on weekends, BUT happened to have a rare Saturday job the next day and worked me in! God was looking out for me. Terence and Paris came out, on time, clean cut, professional, and knowledgeable. I tend to watch what workers are doing on my home. Mainly to learn, but also because I've been lied to as a single woman in the past. They were very kind, informative, explained and showed me what I would need to have fixed in the near future and why! As soon as I can, I will be calling again to have more repairs done. It's so hard to find reliable and trustworthy companies and this is one of the few left! Thank you PIE Electric!

Ken did a fantastic job of fixing a wiring issue I had with my home. He was professional, fast, efficient, friendly, and overall one of the best service experiences I’ve had. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it accordingly. Highly recommend this company.

I contacted pie electric because I needed to have my patio outlet fixed and then needed to add a separate outlet to support Christmas lights. They sent technicians out quick and before we knew it, everything was installed. Thanks Pie electric.

5/3/21 - 2nd Review. Today I discovered an issue with my air conditioner not getting power, I knew who to call! Ken was, once again, able to quickly diagnose the problem and get it fixed quickly. So thankful to have a reliable, honest and very pleasant electrician to call. Thanks PIE!

Ken and his team were great! They took time to thoroughly identify the issue and got it repaired quickly. My problem stemmed from a bad wire under the house; I’ve got an older home which can sometime pose unique issues, PIE was ready! As an added bonus, they were able to diagnose and fix an issue I had with my ceiling fans - super grateful for that! I would definitely recommend this company and will plan to call them back when (inevitably) anything else crops up with my power or HVAc systems.

I needed help with a GFCI outlet not working. Ken responded quickly and was able to fix the problem. Now everything works again. He even kindly put in a light bulb on his way out in a location I couldn't safely reach. Nice guy. Knows what he's doing.

Ken (owner) is very responsive. I called on a Sunday night around 730p expecting to leave a voicemail and was surprised when Ken answered. We explained the issue we were having, and Ken was able to put us on the books for the following day.

We had them come out to install an EV charger last year, and just had them come out to fix an issue we were having with power to one of our rooms. Both times the crews were kind and courteous, and both times the prices were reasonable, if not lower than I expected.

I started having electrical issues 6 days ago with my laundry room and livingroom losing power if I used the washing machine. Initially called another company twice to come out nobody ever showed. Called PIE Electric at 7 am this morning and Ken arrived by 10. Fixed my issue at at reasonable price. Everything works great. Will definitely use again.
