Terry's Maintenance & Solar Panel Cleaning was top notch, they took their time and cleared everything around my solar panels allowing for longevity. Now my solar panels are cleaned and set up in a way that the birds that used to nest there won't be coming back because it'll be physically impossible for them to do. I'm beyond satisfied with their skill, expertise, and diligence. I am opposed to getting on top of the roof but am glad I decided to go with this team. They're professional, sophisticated, and go the extra mile.

Had to clean my roof and gutters and Terry Maintenance was right for the job. They came early, took their time, finished accordingly and provided documentation of their work all along the way. Rather than toil incessantly on my own (at the risk of injury) in climbing on the roof to clean solar panels and my gutters, I'd recommend Terry's team for the job. Terry Maintenance Co. did an amazing job with our solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pest prevention around the panels. Our panels were covered in dust and debris, and they made them look brand new again. They also took care of nesting pests around the solar setup and explained how they were helping prevent future issues. The gutters were completely cleaned out and flowing properly afterward. The whole team was professional, friendly, and showed up on time. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about doing the job right.
