I cannot recommend this Turnall cleaning service enough! Rod and team came to me for a very last minute request from me. From start to finish, they exceeded all expectations. Their attention to detail, ensuring every nook and cranny was spotless. Not a speck of dust or dirt in sight!

Communication was seamless, making scheduling a breeze using the shared calendar. They always arrived promptly and were incredibly professional throughout and the best part I don't need to call anybody, Rod and team takes care of scheduling for me. I just recently hired him to do a nicotine and smoke remediation at a unit where a smoker lived for 9 years. The place was so gross, walls slick and slimy with nicotine and the smell was so awful, I truly didnt think there was any chance to get that smell out of the place. HE DID IT!!! Definitely a good call for us. We had a regular cleaner we used for years until he retired. Was disappointed with the last cleaner we tried. I dont like using the overpriced name brand companies. I wanted another small business with decent rates and excellent service. Robert was able to get to us with 2 days notice, at the time we requested. Prompt, courteous, and did a very thorough job. We have found our new "go to" guy.

Robert is a great guy had me scheduled for Saturday at noon unfortunately the new system they are now using did not save my appointment, However I called about 30 mins or so after the scheduled time frame and Robert was able to figure it out for me and get me scheduled the cleaner Rodney showed up about 15 mins later Rodney was a great guy explained what he was doing super friendly and very reasonable in pricing for the quality of work they do I will definitely be calling them for all my future carpet needs

Rob was scheduled to come at 12:30 after calling him on the day before. He called my husband early and asked if he could come at 12:00. He arrived promptly and got right to work. 45 minutes later, our carpets looked great, smelled great, and he told us if any spots comes back, he'll come back for free. Thanks guy.

5-star customer service!! Rob showed up on time, was very knowledgable about the products being used and the safety for kids & pets in the home. He pre-treated all of the deep set stains and our carpets looked brand new again. Very professional company and was 100% completely satisified with the work he did. He even went back for a second round on a couple of trouble-areas that he wasn't satisfied with. We will definitely hire Classic Carpet Care again!

Robert is extremely professional and his work is outstanding. I had just gotten home from work when he showed up and left to get taco truck down the street as soon as he started cleaning. Before my burrito was even done he had called me to let me know he was finished. He very politely waited for me and when I showed up my whole apartment looked like it had brand new carpet.
