I am so thankful I chose this company to clean our stairs and carpets! We got a puppy a couple months ago and have been dealing with potty accidents and slowly there was a bad pee smell all throughout the house. I was really scared it wouldn’t be awake to go away but they did such a good job!! The carpets looked amazing and they smelled so clean and fresh and there is no odor. They are reasonably priced and we’re super fast! Im really thankful for these guys!

I am BEYOND HAPPY with my freshly cleaned & sanitized carpet! We just moved into our new home and we’re unsure if we should get the carpets cleaned or wait and I am so glad we got them cleaned by a PROFESSIONAL! What we thought was “decent” carpet was actually full of old soap, bacteria, and gunk from what was most likely a take home carpet shampooer. Not only does our carpet look, feel and smell amazing, it is so much fluffier! Dan gave us tips on how to maintain our newly cleaned carpet and it is very clear he is truly a knowledgeable professional! Dan and his father are a great team and they truly brought our carpet back to life! We are so thankful and can enjoy our new home even more knowing that not only are our carpets clean, but that they are now safe for us and our pets. 😃 We will use A-1 Steamway each and every time!!!

Super great job! Carpets had not been clean in honestly a long time. Didn’t expect the carpets to look as great as they do! Every single stain came out! Not only does the carpet look good they also smell great! Dan was super chill and professional. Very friendly guy as well as his assistant! Definitely will be hiring them again for future cleaning! 10/10 recommended!!!

Not only dud they do an awesome job, but they are so genuine! It was so nice to work with a company that truly cares about their clients, I called last minute to have our new houses carpets cleaned before moving in - I was desperate and he squeezed us in same day! The carpets came out fantastic and he made sure to do the job right! Fair price, great work and amazing customer service. I will be using them for future needs forsure! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Dan has provided excellent cleaning service for my furniture (Recliners and Sectional), area rugs, and carpets for more than a decade! He and his assistant are super nice. Their quality of work and attention to detail are top notch. In emergency situations, he will work you into his schedule. It is always a pleasure working with honest, hardworking, good people, which is hard to find these days. Look no further if you need any upholstery or carpet cleaning, you will not be disappointed.

My carpets are beautiful. Dan answered my phone call first try and we scheduled out, he arrived early and he finished the job quickly. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I suggest getting an estimate in person rather than on the phone to get an exact price, we did it the other way around and ended up getting less square foot for the price, but fortunately we were not too worried about the room that ended up not being included. It was just a bit of inconvenience moving the furniture and toys out of the room for no reason. This is our first time using a carpet cleaning service so I can’t compare the quality, but I do know that I would definitely use this company again! Also recommend letting your carpets dry for 8 hours during this time of year. All around good experience, thanks Dan. Great job!

Dan is the owner operator and provides consistent quality and service. He has been cleaning my carpets twice a year for the past few years. The carpets are nearly dry when he’s done. Not like other carpet cleaners who leave them wet and cleaned by a different person with variable quality. I would recommend A 1 for all your carpet cleaning needs.

I'm very glad I decided to go with A-1. I requested a quote and the response time was quick. Dan was very helpful and informative on what had to be done. He did an excellent job and we're very happy how our carpet turned out. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately what many businesses are lacking nowadays. All I can say is amazing people and amazing service! I was assured quality work and that is exactly what I got. I had to reschedule twice and Dan was absolutely flexible with me. They arrived on time, did their job very well and are just amazing people. By the end we almost forgot they were there for carpet cleaning! That's how well they connect with people. I absolutely recommend them to anyone out there. I know who I'm calling next time without a doubt!

This carpet is immaculate now it had a bunch of dried slime and pet accidents. Now it looks brand new! They were on time, very professional, and did a 5 star job. They saved me from having to buy new carpet. I would definitely rehire them and recommend them to anyone who needs a steam cleaning.

This company is amazing. Call A1 Steamway after Phils chem dry blew off our appointment, best thing we ever did. My carpets looked brand new after A1 steamway cleaned them. Been using Phis chem dry for 20 years, my carpets never looked like this. I highly recommend A1 steamway. Dan is the man.

These guys are beyond professional! They came into the dental office where I work to clean our carpets we had two different companies stop by and provide their services but our carpets still looked very dirty but once we came in contact with this company he mentioned we will see a huge difference if we were to hire them and let me tell you, they did just that! Our carpets never looked better. I was unaware of how bad our carpets were until I seen their work for myself! The before and after left me speechless I am beyond impressed! Our carpet is old, had food stains and heavy traffic wear. After did some online search, we decided to have A-1 Steamway to do the job. Dan arrived on time, was very friendly and did not try to upsell anything. He explained the process clearly, and protected our furniture. The carpet look almost new, and the odor is completely gone. I'd absolutely use him again and highly recommend A-1 Steamway!!!
