I’ve used this company for over a year. They are consistent and reliable. I am pleased with the quality of their services. (Services used: Monthly house cleaning, yearly window cleaning and gutter cleaning)

I've used them multiple times with 2 home sells. Bernice does a great job of responding and completing anything extra asked of her. If you want a clean home go with Fabulous.

I wish you could give companies 0 stars. Here's my story:

Owner was very pleasant on the phone and said she could get a crew together for us for the next day. I told her I am having a party on Saturday so I needed it done on Friday. They were supposed to come around 2, at 1 she TEXTED me let me know that her girl supposedly had a death in the family and wouldn't be able to come until 3 or 330. (TIP If you have a major issue, please CALL the customer.) I asked if she was sure (because "death in the family" would normally cause someone to not go to work at all, right? Not an hour late) and that I had been turning down call backs from other companies because we prefer working with local businesses. She said, "Yes. Let me double check" Replied a few minutes later and said I should try to call the other companies back because now her girl is saying she doesnt know when she can come. OR I can have the girl come in the morning. Well, again, death in the family usually means you won't be at work at 7am the next morning so that's a bit sketchy for my liking.

She also said that she didnt know until I had confirmed my appointment that morning, at 830 am. So, you've known since 830 and didnt mention it? 👍

Anyway. Lucky for me, I was able to call another company and get them to come out on short notice, I didnt trust this company to actually show up at 7am and my party is at 3 tomorrow.

We run a carpet and air duct cleaning business and would never leave our customers stranded at the last second. We even called another company once when we broke a part on our machine and gave them the job. Terrible customer service is, seriously, no joke, my biggest pet peeve.

Amazing job! Quick, prompt and efficient. We had a deep cleaning done and they helped us organize everything that was still packed since we moved here months ago. They do it all and they're amazing!

I contacted the owner Verenice. She sent two of her workers over to clean our home when they arrived they both seem like they were irritated with each other. They workers did not know we could understand Spanish but one of them was telling the other that she feels she's being lazy with her work. long story short that specific girl must have not shown much interest because there were places where the house wasn't cleaned properly. At the end of the day when you're paying for a service you expect certain things. I think the owner should do a better job with her employees who may be having issues wirh one another before it impacts there quality of work.

Not so fabulous! They broke two blinds while cleaning them and although I said it was okay because I had extra it was just the fact that it happened and not reported by the employee to the owner. The owner said they report all incidences but did not know about this, so apparently not true. They also put a dent in my microwave on the top and left some cobwebs that I had to go around and redo. I was still willing to overlook the small things because I thought maybe I am just picky . They did do a good job on the windows, however overall it really did not live up to my expectations . I paid them for a deep clean ! When these things were brought to the owner's attention she said that she would make it right , unfortunately I haven't heard anything from them since.

Hired them to help me 'start over' after a very busy year. They were very quick to respond and did such a great job cleaning our large home. Thank you so much! Definitely will be doing more business with this company!

I was emptying out my ex husbands house and the landlord wanted everything out of the house so the housekeepers could come and clean so the landlord said I could put everything left on the side of the house and come and pick it up. The housekeepers where there on Monday the 3rd and they knew I was putting the items on the side of the house, the next day on the 4th I show up and the housekeepers are there at the house cleaning and one of the housekeepers where putting there cleaning stuff back in there car and I just so happen to see the belongings that I put on the side of the house inside the cleaning companies vehicle, I told the housekeeper that the stuff that was on the side of the house was not there for them to go threw and the one housekeeper tells me that my boyfriend told them that they could take what they wanted which my boyfriend didn’t say that to them so they lied. I told them that I wanted my belongings out of there vehicle and so she did so but I feel like they still stole some of the items, and it would be so much easier to communicate with these ladies if they could actually speak a little bit of English but they can’t. So I know they actually took sometime to go threw all that stuff on the side of the house because everything was scattered everywhere. I’m very disappointed in people like this…

Thank you Excellent exceptional Service. I highly recommend this Business. They are not only punctual, but all very thorough. Most of all they go through each area and verify that it's cleaned correctly. Bernice is very professional, Very trust worthy which is hard to find!! I would give them 10/10!!

I called at the last minute to get the house I was moving out of cleaned for the new owners. They were very accommodating and prices were very reasonable. I personally did not see the end results, but the people who bought my house said the house was amazingly clean ( and the new owner is a clean freak). Thank you so much for a quick response and a wonderful job!

Their team did a wonderful job on our rental home. Very fast and efficient but left it sparkling and dirt free. Pricing is reasonable compared to other places I looked at before finding them. You won't be disappointed :)

I am very happy with the cleaning services provided by Fabulous House Cleaning. They come on the appointed day, the time is flexible. They are here for about an hour and forty-five minutes. They clean certain parts of my house one time, other parts the next time, since I have several rooms that don't need cleaning each time. They do a wonderful job on Windows, also.

I Wonder How This Horrible Owner Would feel about uploading proof of my side/ experience with this company!! Contract, details, times, text messages and all!! I mean , Can You Believe The Response This Owner Gave To My Review? For sharing facts about her services.. FYI I am a mother of 2 in this home of mine not 7, just cause I had my nephews over in one of the rooms! also I paid for a service explained and shown prior to the appointment by Mike! All details where talked about! Lol 😂, this lady is vernice/Bernice what ever it is , is something else, I do not recommend her services at all!! FYI, here’s my review- I am very disappointed in the poor , unprofessional service provided by this company.
They sound very able and willing to perform the job requested over the phone but that is all a front.
I paid for a deep clean/ organizing cleaning service.
$425 for a 2bed/2bath small apartment! You would think they could have done the job like they received payment for!
This was not the case.
I was schedule at 12pm and the owner didn’t arrive till 3pm. I had to call constantly for updates.
Bathrooms were not cleaned , kitchen was not cleaned, no dusting occurred, no vacuuming done.
The things I needed organized (clothes) like hanging and folding was not done properly at all.
Then the owner asked to come back again, and once she got here she “sighed” and said she didn’t want to do the job and only offered a $150” refund!
I had to go and hire another cleaning coming.
The other company did an amazing job!
Plus was on time and was only a single person..
Keep in mind fabulous house cleaning was (1)the owner and (2)cleaning ladies who also were not professional.
That a total of (3) and they couldn’t even do it!
I will never recommend Or Use this company again.
The owner needs to evaluate her company and understand how to really run a proper service.
This was the worst experience for me ever!!
Oh and lets not forget my apartment is a newer one, so the cleaning isn’t even that hard to do, I just don’t have time for the up keep when I’m very busy myself , and running my own business..
This company was a true definition of a waste of money and my time!!
Don’t commit to a job if you can’t actually do the work.

I just had Fabulous Cleaning Service, clean a rental home that I was putting up for sale. The house was in horrible condition and needed a deeeep cleaning. I looked at their web page and saw their before and after photos, hoping they could pull this off for my home. I had to give the girls a hug! What they were able to do was short of a miracle! They cleaned EVERYWHERE I asked! Nothing went undone or was mediocre. Selena and her partner cleaned floors, blinds, shower stalls(ugh), fans, light fixtures, under cabinets, cabinets, stove and refrigerator. I was so pleased with their work! My home looks and smells fabulous! Thank you to Bernice, Selena and staff! You do FABULOUS work!

They did an amazing job! I had them come and clean my bathrooms because they needed some deep cleaning. My bathtub/shower looks just about brand new. My stall shower has always had build up in it from before I moved in so I wasn't expecting brand new looking, but they did an amazing job. Only thing is I found a broken picture that framed a saying and it was my mom's. Really bummed about that. The cleaning was very thorough though.

When I moved I hired Fabulous House Cleaning to clean the house I was moving out of and the house I was moving into. They did an amazing job! They were able to get an old kitchen faucet looking like new and they got stains out of the bathtub that I thought were permanent. The owner and staff were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

The team did an awesome job doing a deep cleaning of my house. They even cleaned things I didn’t expect them to. It was so nice to come home to a freshly cleaned house.

I have used Fabulous House cleaning more than 4 times for both my home and our rentals. They always do a fabulous job!!!!
