Absolutely loved the way they pay attention to details. The cleaning products are amazing and allergy approved. My bathroom grout and shower doors are free of water marks. As we all know how bad the water is here in the valley. I highly recommend Taylor and her crew!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services.

Very talented cleaners. They got a lot done in 3 hours. Quick and efficient. We were especially impressed with our stovetop burners. We could not get the stains out and considered buying new ones. They have them looking brand new. My kids leave a lot of marks on the walls and baseboards. Not to mention the floors. They got everything. Well done and much appreciated.

Taylor and I had a very nice initial phone conversation, so we scheduled a sameday walkthrough. She was expected around 2:30at the latest. When it was 4:10 and no word I figured she was a no-show, no-call. When I finally called the office and left a message for Taylor that we would need to reschedule. It was at that point her Admin. Asst. called me back with a family emergency story and that Taylor would have to call me to reschedule when she could. There was no commitment to WHEN this would happen. So I'm forced to keep looking for a more reliable and honest cleaning service to assist me with my home. I don't understand WHY Managers are not secure enough to be direct with potential customers. I am a brand new potential client and this is how I'm treated? It is confusing and disrespectful of my time to not be transparent in not wanting my business. There's a nicer and more professional way to let me know than this! If she didn't want to do it, she wouldn't need a reason for me, she should have just declined and not left me waiting for her all afternoon. I understand my situation requires a service up for the challenge, and her service wasn't a good fit. This is unacceptable- It's worse than rejection and it's unprofessional.
That's been my experience shortlived and moving on.
