We called in the morning for an estimate to have a small hole repaired in our carpet caused by our puppy and Robert came the same day. He was very professional and polite. He seemed very knowlegeable and even gave us some advice on how to keep odors out of the tile floors! He patched the hole perfectly! You can't even see where the patch is! We are so happy with his service and quality of work. We will definitely call him again if we need service in the future!!!!

We love Classic Carpet Care! Rob is extremely knowledgeable, family-friendly, professional, punctual, honest, and thorough. He came through and did 2 faily large rooms that were previously maintained by Coit for 20+ years that were cleaned routinely every 6mo... Robs processes and treatments made an otherwise OLD carpet look brand new, feel great, and be safe for our daughter to play on. We love the service and will always recommend Rob to friends and family!

Had a small pet smell "emergency" that I needed cleaned ASAP. Called Rob and he came out the same day to clean the carpet in question and ended up doing 3 rooms and the hall for a fantastic price. Rob was very friendly and helpful, even offering to assist with some furniture moves! Highly recommend the service and company.

My landlord needed the carpets cleaned before we could get our security deposit back. I just by chance called Classic carpet care and spoke to Rob, I had never called a professional carpet cleaner/ repair company before. I am so glad that I picked them ! Rob followed up to confirm my appointment and remind me of it the day before he came out. I appreciate that so much, it's so simple, but moving is stressful and it was so nice to know that at least one thing was taken care of. On the phone he asked the square footage and I gave him a rough estimate, he quoted me an extremely reasonable price. I also needed a rip in the carpet repaired, he was so knowledgeable about the ways he could go about repairing it, and what would be the most cost efficient. When it was all done the price he charged me was cheaper than what he quoted me By a lot! I honestly felt like I should have paid more, he got out a huge stain that I thought was permanent. He even gave us advice about how to get our full security deposit back, so knowledgeable!! Basically, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rob of classic carpet care. Now, as a home owner I will definitely call him out again for our new house.

I’m very happy with this company’s expertise and professionalism. Robert cleaned my rather large house and two wool area rugs and they came out great! Arrived on time, worked efficiently and was friendly. And I consider the price very reasonable.

Update... my older wool rugs showed where the cleaner went in the pattern after drying, so I called Robert wondering if he could do anything about it. He cheerfully came out a day or two later and reworked the rugs with a rake and they came out beautifully! No charge.. best service ever!

Either I really don’t get out much anymore or Rob has some of the best customer service I’ve ever been dealt! He is upbeat, kind, professional and straight to the point with great prices that match his work. Can everyone I have to deal with just be like this guy?

I needed couches and an area rug cleaned after not dog proofing my furniture(lesson learned). Rob got me scheduled quickly. When he came out to my home today he was straightforward about expectations and discussed couch covers with me. Also my doggos loved him which is a plus :)

I meant to give them 5 stars. They cleaned the carpet at my father's house today and the results were remarkable. They were timely, efficient and affordable. I highly recommend this company.

I have been looking for this guy (Rob) for almost 3 years. Three years ago he did an amazing job! So far he is the only one to truly get pet odor out of my carpet and get them clean. Sadly I lost his number and couldn't remember his company so I tried some other services. Thankfully today I called and when he arrived I realized it was the guy who works magic and he did an amazing job. Always friendly and honest and fair and I highly highly recommend him! I won't lose his contact information this time because I'm going to exclusively use his services. I've tried many other cleaners and he is the best in my opinion!
