we called grover because of their implied knowledge and trust. They butchered the lemon tree. leaving the majority of this years crop on the ground. they ignored the problem areas and instead decided to concentrate on the trees that were in good shape and needed little work. I stopped them before they could do them same to the grapefruit and orange. We are still in need of service. Grover is dishonest. They took advantage of aging mothers ignorance. l be reporting them to the BBB

Trimmed palm trees, cleaned everything up and even blew what little debris that drited onto pool deck. Reasonable rates. I was so impressed.

Grover Landscaping Inc built park landscaping, consulted on public well, helped our company with City processing and warranty repairs in reliable, professional fashion. The management team is dedicated, smart and friendly. They made my job of developing a new community in Manteca easy. Best part of working with Grover Landscaping is combination of integrity and talent they bring to their work. A rare combination in today's marketplace. I recommend them completely.

Grover Landscape Services Inc. has been taking care of much of our 1.5 million square feet of landscaping for years. They have provided us with extraordinary care on our weekly maintenance, design and renovation work, irrigation design and repair, and tree service. They respond quickly to calls and emergencies, invoice and billing questions, and anything else we need. All of our projects with them have been on budget and on time. The thing that stands out to me is they often go the extra mile with additional work to make the project even better. On time, did a great job pruning our trees, thorough cleanup. We’ve been using Grover for many years. They’ve always done a great job.

Grover pruned four trees for us. Their crew was professional, courteous and friendly. Not a twig was left in any of the areas they worked.. Grover is the best.. Note that you pay for what you get.

Grover knows their trees, is professional, fast, friendly, and on time, and cleans up immaculately. We couldn't ask for a better service.

They do a good job at the apts I live at but early in the morning is not a great idea, some of us try to sleep in the morning, some of us sleep with our windows open and all that dust blowing with their machines is a no no! Eat lunch , playing music and taking phone calls next to someone bedroom window is very annoying and rude!

Tree was trimmed by Mario, who did an excellent job. Area was raked and blown and was completely clean before they left. Great job! I recommend Grover Tree Service.

Update: Grover did a great job of trimming our trees. We also had them plant 6 new trees. While we're very pleased with the tree trimming, I don't think they did a good job with the tree planting. The holes were barely big enough for the new trees and there was not any soil amendments added to the sandy soil that we have. However, they did stake them well and all the jobs were completed on time. Overall, I'm satisfied, but I would not use them for the tree planting next time. I do recommend them for tree trimming.

Update: I did speak with Randy the following week, and other than the initial issue mentioned below, their communication since then has been excellent. I've got them scheduled to trim some trees and plant new ones.

Randy came out on Wednesday to give me an estimate to trim about 5 trees. He was punctual and professional. He said he'd email me an estimate, but it's now EOB Friday, and I not received anything. I called him, left 2 voicemails, and emailed him, still nothing. I don't understand why a business would come out and waste their time and mine and not follow up.

I live off Westgate Dr., west of Oakdale Rd., in Riverbank. The crew that takes care of the landscape are incredible. The landscape is well maintained and currently the flowers are gorgeous. Thank you.

Hector Geda and his helper are very nice and they did a good job in trimming the hackberry ( city tree) back to about the edge of the roof and remove dead wood over the driveway and clean up all wood, brush and debris. Also Randy Hopp , the arborist, charged a reasonable price for the job.
Thank God for Grover Landscape Services for helping with the city permit. Now I can sleep with a peace of mind not worry may be one day the tree branches might fall down and damage the roof top of my house which could cost lots of money to fix it - prevention is far more better than cure.
I recommend this company and will come back when I need tree services in the future.

Thank you Mario and James for being on time, completing the job within the 2 hour timeframe, excellent cleanup, respectful, and maintaining the natural landscape of my front yard while removing 2 trees from it. An HOA community has conditions and restrictions and you most definitely performed amazing work with respect to removal, cleanup and most of all, removed the leaves and fallen tree debris from my rooftop!! I request to have Mario come to do my tree trimming every year. He will always do a fantastic job and the yard looks great when they leave. This year I had several trees done in September and November. Each time I was very pleased with the results.

The Grover Landscape crew came to my house to take out a City tree. Grover arborist explained he would assess the problem and send a request to the City to remove the tree. The entire process took less than a month from beginning to end. After attempting to work with the City for almost 3 years, this was extremely refreshing. The Grover crew arrived at stated time, began the tree removal and were finished within 3 hours! I was told they would be back within 3-4 weeks to removed the stump. They were back within two weeks and removed the stump. When they left, you would not have known they had removed a tree stump. Yard and street were left immaculate! The crew was professional, responsible, respectful of my grounds and very friendly. Grover is the way to go for your landscaping needs.

We’re in Newman folks and the crews were out topping and thinning a flowering Pear and chipping a stump and some roots!
I can’t say enough GOOD on these guys! MARIO IN THE BUCKET WAS AN ARTIST AND THE GUYS CHIPPING WERE COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFICIENT! Then José came out with the stump grinder , what a nice guy and he just couldn’t leave one big root so he manually hacked it out for us! I’d recommend them to anyone anytime!

Excellent Service. Our trees were overgrown and one was very large. Ramon and Jesus did a superb job of trimming each tree. They were careful and everything was cleaned up. The next day we had terrible wind and we were thankful for their work. We had no limbs down or damage. We have been having Grover do our tree maintenance for over 25 years and we would not think of hiring anyone else.!
