This is the second time we’ve worked with Servpro, but the first time it was with the Monrovia branch. Jaime was our contact and he was amazing. He explained every step of the process with all the details I needed and answered all of my questions. He always answered my calls or got back to me in a timely manner. I felt like he went over and beyond the standard customer service and we really had an exceptional experience because of everything he did.

My dad went into the hospital and quickly had to be permanently moved into an assisted living place. We had some special needs due to messes my elderly dad had made right before he went into the hospital and Jaime and his team were able to squeeze us in pretty last minute and did an amazing job. He had great communication and let us know every step of the way how it was going. I felt very at ease having him there and my dad‘s place. Highly recommend!

State licensed,bonded and in good standing.( I did a lot of research) Beginning with my initial meeting with Project manager Jaime B, conducting a thorough  inspection of our main home and Adu after the Eaton fire. His independent inspection was consistent with our  CAT's Farmer'sinsurance separate independent inspection. Jaime is extremely knowledgeable. Working within our budget he answered my numerous questions. Jaime provided clear, concise cost efficient estimate for our total fire ash and soot restoration remediation. I commend the company's outstanding efficiency responding to the immediacy of our family needs. Family members having severely compromising lung and breathing conditions.
Impressed I also commissioned Servpro of Monrovia for my aunt's home and ADU. The owner Homero coordinated both homes and ADUs a total of four buildings remediation to be completed within 4 days. Total transparency! with before during after photos documenting the works progress. Observing an unprecedented amount of ash and soot the attics embedded within the insulation! Homero brought in an impressive outstanding team to perform the remediations with seamless efficiency. Thank you!!

SERVPRO was excellent from start to finish. Their team was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Omero (pronounced “O-mero”, not Humberto, reviewers) and Jamie (pronounced with an H, as in “Hi-meh” not “Jay-me”) run the best ServPro in the San Gabriel area. My home had to be cleaned of smoke and contaminants from the toxic ashes of the Eaton Fire. Contractors were overloaded with requests. Jamie responded to my request for an inspection quickly, as well as provided a thorough estimate of work, again quickly, at a fair rate compared to many who were raising prices unjustly because of the fire. Once agreed upon, they were equally fast to do the mitigation work. They had specialists remove two old asbestos pipes before other work began. Then they removed the insulation and thoroughly cleaned the attic. They are Lead-certified specialists as well. Following that, they packed-out the entire home and garage and cleaned for toxins with a proprietary solvent spray and wipes. They used HEPA vacs, wiped down all walls and moved behind appliances and cleaned those as well. Finally they pressure washed the house. Omero then provided me with a Certificate of Completion. Both Omero and Jaime are good people. They are extremely considerate and kind in dealing with stressed-out and despondent customers who need to move forward. Highly recommend!!!

I them to ask some questions. The representative's pushiness and lack of patience, prioritizing appointments over my concerns, were disappointing. This experience emphasizes the need for better customer service.

My car stopped and I barely was able to turn in to their driveway. However after sitting there for 15 minutes I think one of the workers saw me and when another person came they probably said that car is still there. Anyway another employee came over to the car and asked me if I needed help. I was waiting for AAA she said let us at least move you out of the driveway. She went back to get some employees. Then I looked up and about 6-8people came out and pushed me out of the driveway and into the parking lot. I just want to say thank you again for the kindness, caring and thoughtfulness of the staff at Garden View Landscaping. This happened on Tuesday July 26, 2022.
