I've been a loyal customer for years. They have always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They keep up with the lates technology to do their craft. I trust their expertise. Once they fix something, it stays fixed.

I called before 10:00 a.m. about an hvac not cooling in my office building and the job was completed before 2:00 p.m. Capacitor and blown fuse on a 14 year old unit. Great turnaround! Thanks Kevin.

Serviceman Jose Flores arrived very quickly. Very professional and polite. He also taught me how to fix a couple things myself to save a little money.

Joe was right on time, which I appreciated since it was really hot and I wanted my AC repaired right away. Joe was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. I appreciated that he explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

Wow - the Kevin Shaw man came to my property today to look at a leaking pipe. The fee would have been $500 to replace one foot of copper pipe!! Unbelievable! He was nice, but of course, I said no, thanks.

Same day response, professional and actually saved money on the original quotation. Really feel like these guys care, have pride in their work and are on your side. In this instance after seeing the situation Jeff was able to affect a cheaper repair. Can't beat that and the work is guaranteed!

Jeff was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The problem couldn't be fixed because of hardware issues, but Jeff explained everything and managed to mitigate the situation so that we're in a manageable position moving forward. Won't hesitate to call you guys again if the need arises...

Having the maintenance plan helps me keep track of the condition of my ac/heating unit. Joe is always professional and thorough in his work and very pleasant to work with.

In construction we have a saying. One has to be at least ten percent smarter than the material they are working with. The problem with Kevin Shaw plumbing is he assumes his clients are ten percent less intelligent than a lead pipe. Ask him to come out some time for a job, he actually thinks he can charge you $89.99 for am estimate. He calls it a service call.
His problem is I already made a phone call, I charge $90.99 to do it. The way I see it, he owes me a buck.

Came As Soon As We Called!

Our kitchen drain was so clogged up, we couldn't clean it out ourselves. We had a plumber from Kevin Shaw at our house within 30 minutes of our call. No waiting around and getting annoyed that we couldn't do anything else because we were waiting for a plumber.

The service was amazing. Both technicians were very professional, but the quote was outrageously expensive. I was quoted $1300, a competitor quoted me $600 for the same work.

Update: Had another local company come out. Their technicians were extremely professional and the price was $400.

My house needed some much needed care on several systems - > Joe and Jeffrey are the best - I interacted more with Joe who was patient with my questions, thorough, clearly knowledgeable and a good communicator. Went for the ongoing maintenance plan because I think these guys (and my house) are worth it.

Always fair, honest and probably a bit more expensive but the trade off is perfection. No worries that the job will be done shoddy or recalls with additional billing will be necessary. Our plumber from KS is Jose and we love him!

Outrageous prices!!! Something is fishy! The office manager could not break down the costs on the invoice so I had no idea what the true cost of the service was. There was no business license printed on the estimate. When I called this morning, I was quoted the price of a service call for about $100 more than what I was told when I went into the office. Do not use this service!! For the price that we paid for a simple snaking of the kitchen drain, we could have had an entire new sink put in. $600 an hour for a simple snaking of a clogged drain????? Don't do it!!!!

I get First Rate service from this company. After two service calls, I decided that I will turn to Kevin Shaw Plumbing for all future needs. I had been looking for a premium plumbing Company and Shaw meets the requirements. I can finally stop worrying about future repairs because I am confident they can take good care of any situation.

Thanks for the great service from your team. I had a blocked toilet & called in yesterday. Jeff Probst came out promptly at 8 am and took care of the problem. I was on an online meeting for work, and he professionally did his job without impacting mine!

I had someone at the house within an hour of calling the office. The two gentlemen that came to fix our garbage disposal were professional and polite from start to finish. They were willing to answer all of my questions. I appreciated that they put on booties over their shoes too...seems minor but so often workmen come to the house and bring in dirt on their shoes. I highly recommend these guys.
