I had a great service from Servpro when my water line leaked in my wall and under my flooring.

Very professional. On top of the cleanup and re-construction. Worked extremely well with the city and there inspection. Excellent end result. Looks incredible

Our second floor had a water leaked from the toilet water supply. It dripped down into the garage and basically ruin the whole garage. Jaime and his team responded to us and got all the moisture out and followed up to make sure it was completed.

On time and did a great job of carpet cleaning and were informative. Prices were reasonable and for that reason would definitely use their services again. Great work!

Mike and Ben were respectful, informative, and accommodating. They made the whole experience way more pleasant than it could have been (which nothing is enjoyable when your floors and dry wall or being torn out and quarantined)- but they managed to make it way less painful. Thanks Mike and Ben!

Homero the lead GC, and his team are some of the finest people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. After meeting Homero to do mold remediation in my bathroom from water damage we remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. I’m over the moon with how it came out. Not only a professional operation, but I feel like I have a new friend. Great, honest work.

I am extremely happy with ServPro Monrovia. The whole team was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I want to thank Jaime for his efforts. He truly is Amazing! He was nothing short of excellent. I absolutely recommend ServPro Monrovia.

Pro:
Homero is super knowledgeable with navigating the insurances. I live in a townhome community. He was fabulous in dealing with neighbor’s, HOA’s, and my homeowner’s insurances. He is always available by email, text, and in person.

Cons:
1) the pack-out team has lost quite a few of my belongings (ie 40% of my youngest son’s clothings, hangers, oven mittens, pot holders, curtains, curtain rods and more). The Restoration Company said they did not pack our stuff so they are not responsible for the loss.
2) the pack-in team has damaged my new wood floor when they moved my stuffs back into my home. I have not been able to damaged floor replaced or fixed. It has became such a struggle.
3) the crew has damaged 3 of my furnitures. 2 furnitures are fixed but those furnitures will never be the same with the sturdiness. My Ethan Allen end table will now have the marking of Duck Tape on the surface.
4) the painter’s job was sub-optimal. Some of the baseboards are not fully painted. The walls’ paint job were not great overall.
5) Many of my items were broken or damaged by the crew during the repair process, such as ceiling fan, toilet paper holders, towel holders, bathroom countertop and more. I ended up paying for quite a few items out of my own pockets.

Most of the repairs are completed. It’s been a struggle to get the last few issues addressed. I truly wish Servpro can finish my repair strong instead of dragging it out.

10/10 work! They were very quick to get the mold out of my bathroom and bedroom and showed up on time everyday. The owner was very inclusive in the process and helpful. Would use their services again and do recommend.

We had a huge flood in our church basement and Homero and guys were on it stat! They had the water out and started drying the rooms in just a couple hours and were able to save all of our walls. They checked in on us every day to make sure everything was drying and that all the machines were working properly. about a week later everything was back to normal. Servpro of Monrovia helped get this massive problem under control fast!

Homero and his team are at the top of the restoration industry. They helped me through a very rough time when my condo flooded. When something catastrophic like that happens, you can't help but panic. Luckily, Homero took his time to explain the entire restoration process and what each step will entail. They kept on schedule with the timeline he promised and had me back in my condo in no time. I highly recommend them !
