Constraction reviews in Montclair, California

Ed and his team has done a wonderful job for my kitchen renovation. It was beyond my expectations! Happy with the results. We’ll definitely use their services again.

Greetings,
My house had various outside issues needing remediation. The most important issue was the dry rot in the supporting porch beams. I interviewed several contractors and the only person that truly understood the situation and work required was Ed Derweesh of Home Improvement. Ed and his team reviewed all the issues. For the dry rot in the supporting beam and elsewhere, they identified what caused the problems and developed and implemented solutions to prevent the problems from recurring. The team made a plan for every item and seamlessly coordinated their work.
Ed Derweesh was always interested and concerned about any thoughts I had as the project went on. He discussed each situation with me until we reached consensus on a resolution. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ed and his team. My house now looks like an updated well-cared for home and I could not be happier.
Thank you Ed and team for making my home look beautiful and classy! I appreciate you all.

This is a fantastic company! I really cannot tell you enough how happy we were with the work! They did a fantastic job communicating through the process, cleaning up, timely process, and absolutely stunning result. Thank you to all! I will always recommend to my friends and family and would never hesitate to use them again.

They are very reasonable priced and are able to do the job in a timely manner and very well done. We had some work done in our bathroom, they explained the whole process, including possible hiccups or things to look out for. They were able to complete the task in the time frame provided and without any hidden costs. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone in need of a contractor.

This review is long overdue! We bought our home in 2021 and have hired Ed and his team for just about every project since. Ed is wonderful to work with. He takes the time to plan the project out with you to ensure that he is meeting your expectations and is great about communicating throughout the duration of the project. Our home is an older home which came with its own share of issues. When situations cames up, Ed was great at conveying what he is seeing and alternatives we could proceed with. Our goal was to have a cleanly styled but low maintenance home and he worked with us to ensure we met that goal. He has worked with us on redoing our kitchen, our bathroom, our electrical setup, and updating our windows. I recommend him to anyone and everyone that asks. Once we are ready to start our next project, Ed will be our first call.

I needed a professional drywall repair and interior painting job for my office, and Sarkhan and his team exceeded all expectations. From the initial consultation to the final finish, their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professionalism were top-tier. The drywall installation and finishing were flawless, and the paintwork gave the entire office a clean, modern, high-end look.
They were punctual, efficient, and maintained a very clean work environment throughout the project. If you’re looking for reliable experts in drywall, office painting, or commercial remodeling, I highly recommend Sarkhan and his team. Truly outstanding quality and service!

I want to start by saying, I was very hesitant to bring in a contractor to my home. After I met Sharkan, we felt very at ease with his knowledge and understanding of our hesitation. He guided us every step of the way to create the kitchen we envisioned. I cannot thank him and his team enough for the beautiful execution. I would highly recommend this team for your next project. My family and I enjoy our beautiful kitchen everyday!

I recently got my kitchen remodelled by Sarkhan and his professional team at Kaan Construction. The whole vibe of my home has changed. I highly recommend Kaan construction, because throughout the process from estimate to the final tile being place Sarkhan and his team kept me and my family in the loop. We called at least 5 other contractors, but Kaan construction surpassed all expectations from price to service. I will call them again to remodel my bathrooms soon.

They were super quick when replying to a quote needed. Friendly and professional!

Very professional. The team respected my home which is a very big thing to me. Will definitely be doing business with angel again.

I found Angel and his crew through a local painter and he fixed all my electrical and building problems without any fuss. I highly recommend him if you want a true professional.
