New Quest Electric gave us an insanely high bid that was THREE time more than the lowest estimate to install a 240V 50A circuit for a new induction range. Obviously we did not hire them.

This is why you really need to get multiple bids for all home improvement projects. No bid should ever be 10x the cost of materials, especially for a relatively simple 3 hour job.

My experience with New Quest Electric was excellent from start to finish. The price was reasonable for the work being done and the staff was courteous and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

I called this company based on “Electricians near me” because I had an issue where my formerly recessed light was no longer recessed. It was hanging from the wires with broken pieces.

The electrician had me send him photos, then was very helpful walking me through steps to install my newly purchased light. Not only was he willing to help me, but he never made me feel stupid for not knowing how to do such a simple task. This was all I needed to complete the job.

If I have any “real” electrical issues in my home in the future, I know exactly who to call. I didn’t get your name, but if you’re reading this, thank you again for your help!
