General Contractor reviews in Montclair, California

This company represents honest hard work ethics. I highly recommend them for your remodel needs. They did an absolute job on my house addition. 👍🏼👍🏼

Great

I highly recommend CTA construction. They are who I call for all my building needs. Very respectable workers, who tidy up and leave my house in order.

Mike Abrams and CTA are the best he redid all our plumbing and even fixed everyone else’s mistakes. I highly recommend him!

Mike went beyond being our contractor. He was friendly, professional and kindhearted. Our ADA compliant shower/bathroom is beautiful. We will certainly use Mike for all our future construction needs. Thanks Mike!
It was a real pleasure

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job turning our run down wooden deck into a beautiful, long-lasting composite deck. Mike and his crew were timely, clean, polite and well-priced. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Mike is not a trustworthy contractor. After he poured the concrete, cracks began forming almost immediately. When I raised the issue, he replaced a few cracked slabs but downplayed the severity and assured me the cracking would stop – which was simply not true. Just a couple months later, over 40% of the new concrete pour has developed cracks. When I brought this up to him again, Mike promised to calculate the cost of replacing the newly cracked concrete and figure something out with me. He even shook my hand, assuring me that he wasn’t "like one of those contractors." However, after following up a few weeks later, Mike claimed he was in no position to help and had already replaced a few slabs as a "courtesy." We’ve experienced additional issues since then, but we’ve decided to walk away from this mess. We spent over $80K on work inside and outside our house, and this is how we’re treated. Completely dishonest and disappointing.

They were super quick when replying to a quote needed. Friendly and professional!

Very professional. The team respected my home which is a very big thing to me. Will definitely be doing business with angel again.

I found Angel and his crew through a local painter and he fixed all my electrical and building problems without any fuss. I highly recommend him if you want a true professional.

Great work done and very professional. Angel and his team were always on time and available to talk though any questions. They never left a mess behind, and his price is very fair.

Angel is great, on time and very professional quality work. Did a bathroom remodel and window replacement and daily work areas cleaned up to allow us to remain home. Will use for any future work in a minute!

Great customer service and high quality work. Highly recommend! Villa building has always been my family’s go to for anything and everything we need fixed in our home. He is very reliable. Always gets the job done in a timely manner. Very professional.

We’ve been working with Villa Building for years and Angel has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Very responsive, intelligent, and experienced, there’s no project he couldn’t handle for us. What we appreciate most are the numerous ideas and approaches he provides to us as we are working on projects as well as working well with accommodating any of our personal considerations on the design and style of these projects. Highly recommended.

Angel is very detail orientated & professional. He has done several projects to our home and his detail to custom work is Great!! Definitely recommend his company.

Positiveness: professional, detail orientated, attention to custom work, clean, and on time with project.

Angel and his team were amazing! My grandmother's home was in pretty bad shape needing a new foundation and a wheelchair friendly bathroom. They finished in record time and made the whole process smooth for our family. Would absolutely recommend thier services to anyone looking for remodeling!

Angel and his team have always been the first recommendation for my family. From my grandmothers house to my uncles house Angel and his team did an exceptional job in great timing, great professionalism and high-quality work. There’s no other team that I would trust more than Angel and Villa Building inc

Angel and his crew are top tier! Highly recommend. Very professional, responsive, reliable, efficient, fair and so nice. They really take care of you and follow through. I had a flood in my bedroom due to the rain and they immediately went into action. Showed up on time everyday with the utmost respect for myself and my home. Their work is flawless. My apartment looks better than it did when I first moved in. Very happy!
