Fantastic service! My lawn always looks great. Joe my technician always does a good job!!

We have used Lawnscapes for many years. Have tried in the past to stop service to save money, but then our lawn looks awful. We have a lot of grass and they keep it looking green and vibrant. I also appreciate that they call in advance every month and remind us of service. They also work around our two large dogs. I highly recommend their service!

I would give this business no stars, if that were an option. I learned about this business roughly two years ago from my landscaper. They have serviced two properties over that time. I was very happy with their work, until a new technician took over several months ago. Now one side of my tall fescue front yard is dead with only nutgrass and common Bermuda grass surviving. Three people from Lawnscape have looked at this and the only answer they have is to blame it on me. Both sides of the front yard have been treated equally. Only the right side is dead. My landscaper came over to evaluate the situation, and quickly concluded that area was over treated. Makes perfect sense. It would cost $700 to reseed. Because it is my opinion that the "experts" have some responsibility here, if not total, I called to ask for help. The manager again continued to blame me, told me about their 45 years in business, their business all over SoCal, their thorough state licensing, and generally about their infallibility. Really.

We have had the same service man for years. He is a young family man who is personal, knowledgeable, professional and excellent at his work. I always look forward to seeing him. He answers any questions I might have. He would be a great neighbor.

I researched several companies before a neighbor recommend lawnscapes….They were night and day from other companies. The tech, Michael, was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and went above and beyond. It’s hard to find people with “old school” work ethic like that anymore! So happy we choose them and can’t wait to watch my lawn transform!

Michael takes great care of our lawn. He always check in with me when I’m home and makes sure to keep the gates closed if my dog is in the yard.

Diego and Mike are very good technicians. Would like to say I have a technician assigned to me but I don’t. That would be the only complaint. Have asked for Mike or Diego in the passes, was told I live to close to office. Don’t understand why.

Provided required treatment this week and did a very thorough job. I enjoy his visits as he always takes the time to answer any question and explain the plan of fertilizer application to help my house look its best.
