1/30/2025 - Jake was GREAT! Once again my go-to for all my plumbing needs. This time I needed a new garbage disposal, some of the lines replaced, and a new faucet in the kitchen installed. Jake was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, addressed a couple issues that I didn't even know existed, showed me how to maintain the work that he did to keep the sink flowing properly, and picked up everything like he had never been here. They continue to get all of my plumbing business because they are reliable, professional, proven, and consistent year after year!!

3/2/2022 - Santiago, Rebecca, Jesse - you literally can’t go wrong with Klaus and Sons. Everyone is helpful, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough. Each time I call for service I am never disappointed in the responsiveness and excellence in service. Had a contractor working on a bathroom remodel, and somehow the hot water went out while they were installing tub and faucets. Santiago was able to show them what they did wrong and get the problem fixed when they were trying to blame it on the brand new water heater. It wasn’t the water heater, it was them! Thankful for Klaus and Sons. Always satisfied.

12/1/2020 - Woke up this morning to water all over my garage floor. I called Wendy and she immediately had someone come out straight away to remove the old water heater and replace it with a new, more conventional one. Apparently mine was 40 years old and had done it’s job but it quit on me last night without my knowledge. All of the staff from Klaus & Sons are always reliable, professional, timely, friendly, they clean up after themselves, and just provide great overall service. I will never deal with another plumbing company again, as I said before, they are the most reliable. I can’t thank them enough for being so responsive to my urgent need without my having a call repeatedly looking for help. The prices are fair, the service is excellent, and they are a credible and pleasant, family-owned company. CALL THEM!! You won’t be disappointed!

2019 - Sal was the absolute best! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and he got the jobs done quickly! I had a bunch of miscellaneous issues that I didn't want to trust to a general handyman. So glad I finally called Klaus and Sons, and Sal took care of my various plumbing issues. I will always stick with them for all future plumbing needs. Local company with family-friendly service. That mattered greatly to me. Plus they sent a message with his name and picture before he arrived. Literally top notch, excellent service!

I got same day service within 2 hours from my call on a Friday afternoon to clear out a block drain from the toilets in both bathrooms Their technician Jake was so cordial, explained everything and pleasantly but tenaciously had to dig up 2 feet of rocky soil in a very confined area to get to a back flow value & then had to cut off the corroded cover & bolts. And he did all this at a reasonable price. Kudos to Klaus & Sons and and thank you, Jake. Well done. Dan P., Upland, CA
