Today for the first time I called Rooter Hero for the first time to install a toilet in my home. When i spoke to the representative and asked for a quote, she informed me that they would gladly send a technician to my house free of charge for an in person estimate. Jeremy was at my home within 45 minutes and looked at what he needed to do and gave me the best price, parts included. Jeremy prepped the area he was going to be working on, since we have new bamboo floors and he installed the toilet and left the area spotless. Jeremy was friendly and informative throughout the process. I will definitely call Rooter Hero again for all of my plumbing projects.

These guys were simply amazing! This is the second time we use them for our mobile home. The first time, Jeremy came in and fixed an outside leak, well done if I may say. So when I had a second leak, I knew exactly who to call. Jeremy and Daniel were extremely professional and attentive to my home.They found the leaks (inside my home) and fixed them without a problem/hesitation. The fact that I called them a second time to fix a different problem, emphasizes the quality of work and professionalism these guys bring. If you want quality work accompanied by the utmost professionalism, call these guys you will be satisfied.

Rooter Hero is and will always be our go to for plumbing needs in our house. Always reliable, there work is first rate and their associates friendly and informative. We actually had another issue we contacted Rooter Hero within the hour their associate named Gus was at our door. Located the problem, told us he can fix this within a couple of hours problem solved. Excellent customer service provided by Gus and we are so thankful for him and Rooter Hero.
