The experience with Kaliber Roofing and thus Carlos was excellent throughout from his first visit for an estimate till the works completion to our entire satisfaction.

Carlos was very helpful in delivering several board samples of shingles to help us make the preferred color selection.
He was also very creative in providing a quick solution for the rain water seepage between the back roof edge and our patio steel frame.

Also he was throughout very cooperative and trustworthy in using high quality materials, and also with requests for few additional items like vents etc.

His company’s credentials also cover what is needed for a roofer of choice : From being a Corning’s preferred contractor, to having the roofing-specific license. Also one of the most important benefits was dealing directly with him as the owner and contractor and not to go via sales or project agents.

Carlos deserves to get full points and appreciation for professionalism, competence , transparency, his crew’s punctuality, productivity proficiency and team work spirit as well as a sound balance of Quality, Cost and Time.

I recently worked with Carlos and his team from Kaliber Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

My neighbor mentioned that I had a couple of broken roof tiles, so I posted on Yelp to get some bids. Carlos was the quickest to respond — he reached out right away and scheduled a visit for the next morning.

He came on time and impressed me by using a drone to inspect the entire roof. The drone gave clear, detailed pictures, and he found seven broken tiles instead of just two, which I wouldn’t have known without the drone check.

Carlos gave me a very fair price ($350) to replace all seven tiles, which was better than other quotes I received. His crew came out just a couple of days later and finished the repair quickly and professionally.

I really appreciated the combination of modern technology, honest communication, and efficient service. I would absolutely recommend Kaliber Roofing and Carlos to anyone needing roof repair or inspection!

Kaliber is an excellent roofing company! I contacted Carlos, we quickly setup an appointment for an inspection, he broke out the drone and did a thorough, detailed roof inspection, and gave me an informed breakdown of the work required (including hi res pictures) and quickly sent over a written estimate the same day. True to his word, his team showed up on the scheduled day, and they professionally and safely completed the repairs. Kaliber has the tools, technology and skills to get the job done. I am so glad I contacted them. They operate like a professional company should. :)

Carlos replaced my entire roof on a four bedroom two bathroom in Ontario California. I received several quotes from different vendors in the local area and Carlos/Kaliber Roofing was the most reasonably price. They showed up when they said they were, did great work, and got the job done in just a few days. I think my experience with Carlos was very reasonable. I found one issue with some facia board and pointed it out to Carlos and he repaired it without hesitation; this was done and pointed out before the final job walk.

Best experience with a contractor. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Carlos is knowledgeable and professional and did an excellent job on our complete roof replacement. After each day, everything was left clean. I can't say enough. I highly recommend!

Carlos and his team completed the flat roof replacement within 1 day as was agreed upon before the job - at a reasonable price. There was just a minor incident - Solatube fell from the roof area where they were working and Carlos made sure it was fixed. Overall, we're satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone that needs roof work/repair.

The team did a great job on stripping the roof, and installing the new roof. Carlos and his team did an excellent job with repairing my roof that was in such bad shape. They initially fixed my roof back in December but there was still some leftover issues and I'm very glad they honored the warranty and came back a few days ago to improve my roof. They now have done my roof and have left it in great condition, even better than the 1st time. There is a sense of relief knowing my roof is fixed and that I can count on Carlos and his team! Knowing that if any other issues arise i am able to reach out to Carlos for help.

The only place that does it right the first time and every time. They come all the time when they’re supposed to and don’t flake out on you. Always with brand new equipment and improving their services I also have them to my business now

Great company, they were on time and kept me up to date on the arrival time. We have used other services but they have been the best. After 6 months of kids at home the carpet needed cleaning and we couldn't be happier with the results. Very professional workers.

Had my carpets cleaned by sc carpet cleaners and i couldnt be happier! Ive had the carpets cleaned before and they turned brownish. But these guys left the carpets nice and clean! They were very detailed and time efficient which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend them to everybody!!

Found this company on Facebook and have been waiting until my pup was a little older to get the carpets cleaned (he just ow 10 months). They were very responsive to the messaging through Facebook and made sure to follow up the day prior to my appointment as well. They let me know my cleaners were in route the day of and followed up in the afternoon after my appointment. The pet stains I most cared about are gone and the carpets look amazing! I will be using them again in the future!

We waiting far too long to get our carpets cleaned. Our neighbors recommended SC Carpet Cleaners and boy were they right. William, our "carpet tech" was right on time and worked like a dog for 3 hours and the downstairs now looks brand new. We rescued a homeless dog and she wreck havoc with our carpets until she finally got potty trained. I was thinking we might need to replace the carpet but not after today. It all looks brand new! Mary is the person we originally talked to to book the appointment. Can't say enough good things about this 30 year plus family owned small business!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and feel compelled to share it.

I called to hire them to clean my couch after my dogs recently urinated on it. I was quoted $75-$150 for pet urine treatment and deep cleaning and was confirmed for 2:00 PM on Friday.

Friday came and went and no one showed up at 2:00. By 2:30 PM, I had to call and leave two voicemails before I finally received a callback about 15 minutes later. I was told their team was still busy at another job but could reschedule to come between 5-6 PM that same evening. That time window also came and went. At 6:30 PM, I again had to call and leave another voicemail just to find out whether they were still coming. Eventually, I received a call back informing me they were still preoccupied and would not be able to make it at all.

Trying to give them another chance, I rescheduled for 9:00 AM Sunday (today). Once again, they did not arrive on time. By 9:15 AM, I had to call yet again. This time someone answered and told me they would arrive in 19 minutes. They showed up at 9:36 AM.

After finally coming in to look at the couch, I was then told the cost would be $175, not the $75-$150 quote I was originally given over the phone for pet urine and deep cleaning. At that point, after multiple missed time windows, repeated voicemails, and having to stay home waiting both Friday and Sunday morning, I was beyond frustrated. I let them know I was no longer interested.

The gentleman was polite and offered to do it for $150, but by then I was too disappointed with the overall lack of professionalism and respect for my time to move forward.

I'm sure they may do good work since they seem to be very busy, but the repeated scheduling failures and last-minute price change were a complete turnoff. I will not be using this company again and would caution others when booking. I understand that things happen, but as someone who values their time, I would recommend seeking services from a more reliable and professional company.
