Had trouble getting help from one employee, who sent me to a specific corner instead of providing assistance. Initially, my issue was resolved by being directed to another store at the Home Depot in Temple City, which had 76 items in stock. However, when I came here, the staff told me they were out of stock as well, with no explanation or alternative solutions offered.

The return service manager came across as hostile and discriminatory, leaving a negative impression. He even drew notes on the unreturnable items, which added to my frustration.
