I’ve lived in Monterey Park for 10 years and have tried probably five different cleaning companies, but Colon Carpet Cleaning Care are hands down the best I’ve used. I needed a very deep carpet cleaning for my rental move out, and since I was on a tight deadline, I was worried about finding someone. They offered fast booking and the office staff was so helpful in squeezing me into a morning slot. The courteous staff that showed up were absolute pros.

They were mindful of the walls and baseboards while moving their equipment, which I really appreciated since I’m trying to get my security deposit back! They were so efficient that they finished the whole two-bedroom unit in under two hours, but the work was still incredibly detailed. No soggy carpets or weird chemical smells, just fresh and clean. The honest pricing meant the quote I got over the phone was exactly what I paid. Thank you for making a stressful move just a little bit easier with your skilled staff and great work ethic!

appointment at 2pm, no one come or call. It’s 4pm still waiting

I tried calling for help from this place and was completely ignored. The person or persons answering phones seems like they don't care if there is job to be done and some to be made. I will not be using them and would consider how people treat others in a business like this.

Installer asked to move appointment from between 8am to 10am to 11am, which I agreed to.

Called 11am to say they won't make it until evening.

UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
