The tech was able to come out the same day I called and had the part on the truck. He fixed the washer and I've had no more problems. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all.

I don’t do reviews very often. We have used Connors for several years and they’ve always come through on fixing all of our appliances. We just had Jose come on out the last couple times and he’s awesome!

Conner’s Appliance did a great job on my ailing Sub Zero refrigerator. I called on Monday and they had a service person out within a few hours. He was able to determine the issue within minutes and gave me a fair price before ordering parts. He said he did a “band aid” to get me going until they returned on Thursday. Now my Milk is cold again and more importantly my beer. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for appliance repairs.

Have an old Maytag washer. The cycle would stop when the water level reached the appropriate level. Called Conner's, but they would not be able to respond for a few weeks. Was trying others, but no luck. They called me back a couple of days later and said they could possibly respond the following day. The repair person did arrive on time, repaired the washing machine pretty quickly (just a sensor switch). She had one in her truck and was out in an hour. It wasn't cheap, but worth it.

I could not get our Asko dishwasher to work. As it turned out, the Conner's Appliance repairman just clicked a buttoon on the top of the door when open1 That was the switch that apparently workers who replaced the dishwasher had turned off while replacing the kitchen floor. So, in seconds, the dishwasher worked! Fabulous, because at first he said they could not get Asko parts for that dishwasher. Very polite and efficient!

Conner's Appliance is by far the best service I've had in years. I really appreciate how they work with my schedule, show up on time,, and even the owner taking the time to check back on things when I have a question. My dryer suddenly stopped working recently, and they came out quickly, fixed it, and at a fair price.

Jessie from Conner's Appliance is fantastic! When other repair places gave us the runaround, Conner's was fast, efficient, and got our washer repaired right away. Jessie was knowledgeable and friendly and got everything fixed perfectly. Will definitely use them again!

Dylan Conner has serviced my refrigerator/freezer a couple of times and he is simply amazing! First of all he is technically very competent at diagnosing and remedying issues. Secondly he seems to me to be very fair in his pricing. Lastly he is one of those genuinely nicest people you will ever have to deal with not just as a repair person but as a human being. Bravo!

The best appliance repair service ever! Solved my GE Cafe gas range problem in 15 minutes. i hope i won’t need them again but if i do , i will love it.

Excellent service, professionalism with a quick and reasonably priced repair. Dylan Conner was awesome and not only fixed our refrigerator he also gave us great advises to improve its performance. Amazing service with a kind gentleman who not only fixed the issue on a relatively short timescale, excluding a singular complication getting parts, but he also told me how to better take care of the appliance to reduce the chance of it breaking in the future. With this one fix, issues that I've had with the machine for years were completely gone. 10/10 I recommend Jesse.

This was the second time I had to call the repair person for warranty repairs. The first guy was called for me. Told me the refrigerator worked, didn't touch it with tools at all, and told me I had to clear it out. I recommend they don't use them again. Conner's is way better and I chose them myself. Jeff called, showed up on time, was polite, and actually took the refrigerator apart to check inside. Then he told me what was wrong filled out the paper work and sent it to me. The only thing I could say that was wrong was that my name was misspelled on the invoice. Yes, I will call them again if I need them.

Seth came and diagnosed the issue. Then doubled checked a second connected possible issue on the interface of our Frigidaire. Doing so solved both issues within 24 hours. Outstanding service and communication.

The repair man was personable and thorough. We chose to buy a new machine instead of paying the high cost of repair.

From the initial callback from them, the experience they provided me as a customer, was professional and courteous. On the inspection day the tech was nice and had a great sense of humor! He was quick in assessing the problem and gave me an accurate timeframe to expect repairs after the part was delivered. On the day of repair the two techs were nice, they set up and went right to work. I am a very satisfied customer!

Have needed a few different services since we moved into our new home. Connor's was assigned by our home warranty company and they have been excellent. From the front desk to the techs. They are prompt, call back when they say they will and get the job done properly. We have had the same tech come to diagnose and fix issues. RJ has come out and he is great. I would use them again even once my home warranty is done. He went the extra mile to find difficult parts. Really appreciate it.

My LG refrigerator was making a loud noise when running that I couldn’t identify. I called Conner’s Appliance and they had someone out the next morning. Josh was able to find the problem after listening to the noise…he ordered a replacement fan and was able to come back a few hours later, and the repair was done. Thank you Josh…

Conners appliance is amazing. Had problems with my dryer that was repaired 4 mos.ago by another technician. It wasn't satisfactory. Conner's came out, immediately assessed the problem and repaired it on the spot! It hasn't run this well since it was new. Technician was prompt, friendly, efficient, and had all the parts on his truck. Conner's is our go-to from now on.
