Very professional, thorough and friendly. As a dog mom, the task of cleaning up after my hairy and sometimes slobbery beasts is alot. The ladies loved the dogs and my place was sparkly clean in a matter of a few hours. What a gift!

The Maids in Monterey Bay did a wonderful job on our home! They had great attention to detail addressing things that other cleaning services typically do not (high hard to reach windows, marks under low cabinets, etc). We were also impressed with how much ground they covered in such a short period of time. Highly recommend!

I recently switched to The Maids from another residential home cleaning service and I am so glad that I did. I was having trouble coordinating a schedule with my former cleaners (they always needed to reschedule and were rarely on time). I decided to give The Maids a try — they’re wonderful! Communication was super clear, organized, and professional. They showed up on time and did an even better job cleaning my home for a more affordable price. I use their services twice a month (every other week) and it works out perfectly. The business owner is a Monterey local and all of the employees are background checked. I recommend reaching out to this company even if you’re still on the fence about obtaining cleaning services, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

Chris was awesome to work with!! I asked him if he could clean the house I was moved out of before the walk through, and with 2 hours notice, he was able to complete the job spectacularly before I got home from work.
Everything looked great from top to bottom, and my entire rental deposit was returned.

The Maids were so amazing! They meticulously cleaned every corner of my house. I was so happy to see all the baseboards, window sills, blinds, etc, dusted and clean. All the dog hair was gone from the floor, couch, and everywhere. I cannot recommend this service more. They were so professional and left my house smelling amazing. I was also very happy that the cleaning products used did not have strong chemical scents. I will definitely be having The Maids come over again! Thank you!!
