Our experience with Resendez Bros. Carpet & Tile Cleaning was excellent! Both service technicians were friendly, courteous, and professional. They estimated the cleaning of one couch, ottoman, and area rug to take 1.5 hrs. They completed the work in only an hour. Our furniture looks super clean and smells fresh again. 10/10 would recommend this company!

Resendez Bros did an unbelievable job at The Cove Clubhouse in the Sea Haven Community, Marina. We scheduled a large outside job with outdoor furniture and cushions and they worked overtime to get the job done. They also cleaned the outside pavilion tile and sealed it with a clear coat and spot cleaned our indoor rugs. We can wait to have them back to do the inside tile floors next

This is the 2nd time we’ve used Resendez Bros to clean the turf in our back patio and we could not be any more pleased with the results! Our taproom gets a lot of traffic, including food/beverage spills, dogs, amongst other things & it’s no easy job to get these results! We’re so pleased we set up a routine cleaning schedule. And such great service! The entire staff has such a positive & friendly demeanor!

My cat had an accident on my mattress and they took out the stain and had it smelling great too. He also dropped coffee on a chair and stain was completely gone by the time they finished. It was dry completely in about 7 hours. The two gentleman that helped me out where professional and very informative. I can’t recall there names but such an awesome job. They also finished super quick. Really appreciate it and great place to book a service with. Highly recommended.

EXCEPTIONAL! Ferrante’s Steam Carpet Cleaning 100% exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t recommend them more! From the moment I requested a quote on their website, Mike was so wonderful and such an excellent communicator. I got 2 of my off-white area rugs cleaned, one in particular had some pretty bad coffee stains on it and when I unrolled my rug at home and the stains were completely gone! I felt like it was brand new, fresh out of the box, seeing it for the first time. It was PRISTINE! I couldn’t believe my eyes. Great job on our ivory couch and stained tile/grout. As soon as I contacted Mike, he was very diligent about learning what materials I wanted clean. He seemed more concerned about making sure he wouldn’t damage anything than about just getting paid. (Another highly rated upholstery service asked me no such questions and gave me a higher quote.) When his crew arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will definitely hire them again!

We hired Ferrante's Steam cleaning to clean our 3 couches. The employees were pleasant, competent, hard working guys. They did the best job of couch cleaning I ever had. Couches are absolutely clean with no residual chemical odor and dry in 3 hours. Wish i had also had them clean my area carpets but they were hesitant because we have hardwood floors. Honestly I would be comfortable with it because they didn't get the couch fabric too wet. Next time...

Mike and his crew were very professional. They communicated well, arrived on time, and conducted themselves professionally at all times. He was upfront about the price. There was no bait and switch. He was very clear about what the service did and did not include. He did, however, offer helpful suggestions about other HVAC issues we were experiencing. The service itself was done quickly and cleanly. His crew not just with the vacuums, but manually extracted a lot of debris from our HVAC. All in all, we were very happy with the service and will use them again and would recommend Ferrante’s to others.
