We've required tree help many times over the last couple of years, and we always find ourselves using Monterey Tree Service Experts. They're professional, honest, and extremely skilled at what they do.

Two trees had to be removed. When Monterey Tree Service Experts arrived to provide a price, they discovered a couple additional trees that they advised we remove as well. The staff was extremely informed and competent. The removal was scheduled when the office phoned. Again, really pleasant and professional. The day prior, I was phoned to confirm. They called again the next morning to say they would arrive at 8 a.m. I arrived precisely on time. All of the employees were kind and courteous. Worked swiftly and effectively. By midday, all four trees had been removed. There was no garbage and everything seemed clean. I wholeheartedly endorse this firm.

Luis, Miguel, & June we’re professional and on time. My insurance sent out SERVPRO for a water leak remediation, they came out and finished the job in a timely manner. I recommend this company.

Miguel and Tito showed up on time and were very professional. They did a fantastic job and Miguel pointed out an area that will need attention and I appreciate that. Servepro recently helped us mitigate an issue we had due to a water damage issue caused by the storm. From the beginning, the Project Managers (Luis and Samantha) were very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what the mitigation plan would be. The crew members that came out to help us during the process (June, Tito, Ricky and Jasyn) were amazing! Always very professional, on time, knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice. They were great about giving me a courtesy call before arriving. They cleaned the area thoroughly which was greatly appreciated. And lastly, they always came in with a smile! From start to finish Servpro provided excellent service. They kept me updated on the work they were doing daily and I always received a courtesy call when they were on their way. Every single staff member that worked at our home was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
The last rain storm caused water damage in our living room and laundry room and Carmen y Edgar did a great job cleaning up our living room. Ricardo y Francisco also did a great job in the laundry room. Luis the manager did an excellent job handing our claims too. I highly recommend Servpro for water damage clean up and restoration.

The Servpro staff did an excellent job cleaning my home. Tito, Samantha, Luis and Olivia were thorough, prompt and professional. They made the difficult insurance process seem really easy.

Everyone I dealt with was a professional. Especially Olivia who worked so diligently on my behalf to try to get the insurance company to approve the estimate of work for the repairs necessary prepared by Cameron Murphy. Olivia went beyond the call of duty to assist me and I really appreciated it. I’m just sorry Allstate chose not to accept the Servpro bid. Cameron was a pleasure to work with as well. Very professional and pleasant and he explained everything so that I could understand all the details. Also the young man and woman who did the water damage repair were extremely nice and thorough and cleaned up any and all mess that was made. I’m only sorry I didn’t jot their names down. I would definitely call on Servpro again if the need arose.
