Do not use Foster Appliance. They do not stand behind their work and are not honest in their reports. They were sent to us by American Home Shield to fix our Washing Machine. First, it took a week to get an appointment, then the repair man took the machine apart and diagnosed it as having bad dampers that was causing the shaking and noise. He ordered the parts and they were authorized by AHS and he came back to replace them a week later. Again, he took the washer apart and replaced the dampers. Well, when he turned it on it began to shake even worse then before and even started to smoke. He quickly unplugged it and took it apart again and say he needed different parts. A few days later I got an email from AHS saying Fosters reported it as it being overloaded at which point they denied our claim. Foster's never called to explain and just walked away from it. Now, 3 weeks into the process when I called to ask what happened, they said the technician made a mistake and wasted his time. Not, sorry, we messed up and wasted your time, not even a call to explain the situation, which is bad service, and then to change the claim after not fixing it and actually making it worse because it no longer even works, where as before it was just loud and shook a little, is terrible service and dishonest. I highly suggest you avoid Fosters at all costs and use a different company.

I was assigned Foster’s appliance in by home warranty.

I was extremely disappointed in this company. They came out twice to my house and could not resolve the issue. In the report to my home Warranty the second time, they said I was missing a part. My claim was eventually denied because they don’t cover missing parts. I have never tampered with my refrigerator or removed any parts whatsoever, which leads me to believe that the technician may have messed something up or lost a part. The technician never told my wife that we were missing a part and that it was just an issue with the compressor and it was just a glitch. I would advise anyone who gets assigned this company to stay away from this place.

We were able to get an appointment quickly. The technician was on time and fixed our problem without us having to wait for a part to be ordered. Technician did a great job. Very happy with his professionalism.
