I manage several properties, and I’ve called on Francisco many times whenever we’ve had underground issues that needed real skill. He’s excellent at tracking down hard-to-find leaks on bigger water lines, including the continuous leaks that run under concrete or sidewalks.

He’s dependable when it comes to finding buried lines with his locating equipment, and he’s solid with digging and repairing tough sections without making a mess.

Excellent and professional service with great price. Francisco was responsive and easy to work with. Detected and remedied a gas leak at my home in Moraga. I had to have a new gas line installed between my house and well house. Francisco did all the permits, trenching, placed the new line and made all the connections. Passed both inspections with flying colors. Will definitely call him for any future problems with gas, water leaks and other plumbing issues.

Francisco did a great job, at a reasonable price, and was a pleasure to work with. We had a break in our water service line that was washing out our front yard and driveway. He came over promptly, figured out exactly where the problem was, had PGE mark where the gas line was to avoid damaging that, then took care of the problem, which included a lot of digging and trenching. Finally he did a great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend him.
