Beyond impressed with the job Fresh and Clean did - I MEAN IT! My husband and I just purchased a new home and had a limited time to move in. Im the kind of person who shops online by review. I called several cleaning services late on a Wednesday afternoon and most cleaning companies didn’t even answer their phones. I got lucky when I got ahold of Erika from fresh and clean (they didn’t have any online reviews but I was desperate to have the house cleaned before we moved in with our two young boys and my elderly father in law that same day) and she promptly gave me a quote and set up a time for the cleaning service to come into Our new home for a deep clean. I was beyond impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned. The Girls tackled the bathroom soap scum, the filthy baseboards the dust that had accumulated all over the fan blades, the dusted the vents, clean the walls and the outlet covers, the appliances, the windows, inside of the closets. I mean, I have a hard time finding something they didn’t manage to clean! I had a truly disappointing experience with this cleaning service today. I had been eagerly anticipating their visit, as I'd heard good things about their work. I took extra precautions to ensure everything went smoothly, confirming the appointment not once, not twice, but three times with them. They assured me they'd be here promptly at 1:30 PM, and I cleared my schedule accordingly.

However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when 1:30 PM came and went, and there was no sign of the cleaners. I waited patiently, thinking they might be running a little behind, but by 2:30 PM, it was evident that something was terribly wrong.

I attempted to reach out to them multiple times, hoping for an explanation or at least some communication. To my utter dismay, they not only failed to show up but also refused to pick up my calls. This lack of professionalism and accountability left me utterly baffled and inconvenienced.

The sheer disregard for their commitment and customer's time is inexcusable. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but a simple courtesy call or message explaining the delay would have gone a long way in preserving their reputation. Sadly, they have left me with a wasted afternoon and a sour taste in my mouth.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against relying on this cleaning service for any of your cleaning needs. Their utter disregard for punctuality and customer service is deeply disappointing, and I would hate to see anyone else go through the same ordeal I did today. It's unfortunate that I cannot rate them any lower than one star, as they have earned my strong disapproval.

Update: Dec 2023 we sold our home and moved. We asked Ricardo if he could do our move out clean, and move in clean on our new house! They did so good! Our old house looks like we JUST renovated, and our new place is spotless!
