While nowhere near the lowest price quote I got for my mini-split ductless air conditioning system, Vetwerx had the product I was most interested in, had done many installations in the kind of house I live in, and showed a lot of professional integrity, so I chose them for my purchase and installation. They arrived on time (a bit early, actually), spent the full day working and the installation was completed in three days. The crew covered the floors with tarps and cleaned up before leaving each day. They were communicative, professional and friendly. The system works well, is unobtrusive, and allows for a lot of flexibility.

I had scheduled quote from multiple companies. However, once I spoke to Angel, I just decided to move forward with him. Glad it was a good decision.

During estimation, Angel did not offer me the most pricey option. He offered me what is most optimal. And the carrier furnace is extremely quiet.

Initially I had opted for heater, and air-conditioning. But electrical re-work ended up skewing my budget and ended up going with heater only. This did not affect the work quality by Ventwerx in any way. They still installed the Nest thermostat and cleaned all the vents.

What I also like most about Ventwerx team is responsiveness. They deliver what the promise, I got the system just like the other pictures show up in Yelp and Angel takes the call to address any concern or help needed after the installation.

I recently hired Ventwerx to replace the existing A/C unit and furnace that my builder's had installed 20 years ago, and they did an awesome job! Angel and his team were thorough in explaining the work they were going to do along with details as to why they chose the specific new units they were going to install. The builders of my home had installed an A/C unit that was too small for the size of my home, and they also incorrectly installed the condensation line for the A/C and Angel and his team caught those mistakes of the builder and corrected them. My home is now cool and ready for the summer and due to the suggestion from Ventwerx to go up in size for my A/C unit, my kids' rooms that used to cool the least are now much cooler than before. I'd recommend calling Ventwerx if you need any HVAC services.

Ventwerx owner (Angel) could not have been more responsive to my desperate call to have a dryer vent replaced. The vent had been erroneously removed by an overly aggressive localized termite treatment person who seemed to be looking for more business. Angel committed on the phone to have his guys to our home within 2 days of the call. He kept his commitment and sent two team members to tackle the challenge in the crawlspace that was packed with vents, pipes, and the sewer line. Bol and Michael worked hard and efficiently, not wasting a moment. The rigid dryer material was commercial level (thick and strong seam). They maximized use of 45 degree angles to keep the flow of air high. The pictures provided of their work demonstrated the professional installation and looked really clean with each joint wrapped with Vent Tape. The venting was hung to code with the wide metal tape from the subfloor (vs. on the ground like some other company had done). Very well done and I am delighted, Ventwerx is on speed-dial for any of our HVAC needs in the future.
