This is the second time I’ve used Tamura designs. They did a fantastic job and were very responsive. I am a very particular Gardner and I am very happy with the result!

We have used Tamura to make our yard beautiful for several years. They do outstanding work and are a pleasure to work with!

Tamura did a fast and efficient re-do of some relatively old spaces around our home. I must say the results are beautiful. The spaces have a very neat and tidy appearance. The irrigation works perfectly. Esther's design and follow up was amazing.

I'm conflicted about writing this review, because, on the one hand, Tamura Designs is AWESOME, but on the other hand I don't want them to get so popular that they no longer have time for me. :-)

In all seriousness, "awesome" is the word to describe Tamura Designs. I have had them do several projects for me over the years, which have included everything from landscape design/installation to design/installation of a catio (a portmanteau of "cat" and "patio" -- best thing ever for my beloved cat!). They handle everything: plants and irrigation, of course, but also lighting, structures, fountains, and all of the bells and whistles. (They installed a swanky outdoor kitchen for my ex-boyfriend.) If you can dream it, they can build it, often more spectacularly than you had imagined. They aren't cheap, but their work is also not cheap/pedestrian.

The entire team is fantastic to work with, starting with the man himself, Irving. Several of the team members, including the plant and fountain guru, Jesus, have been with the company for ages, which tells you how dedicated they are to the mission of making your outdoor spaces your favorite places to be. More recent team members, such as Esther and Ed, have been terrific, knowledgeable additions who seem to enjoy both interacting with clients and getting their hands dirty (literally!).

If you want a space that makes you happy and looks amazing, hire Tamura Designs! (Just leave some bandwidth for me!)

Tamura Designs is top in their field. Their designs are creative and innovative. They work hard to meet the client’s vision and budget and offer beautiful and practical approaches to landscaping, regardless of space size or configuration. They are environmentally sensitive and extremely knowledgeable about plants and materials. I highly recommend Tamura Designs.

Working with Tamura Designs was honestly fantastic. They really took the time to get what we were going for with our yard, sitting down with us to hear out all our ideas and tossing in some great suggestions that totally fit. It felt like they were right there with us, making the whole thing super easy and stress-free.
The plants they picked out were gorgeous and super healthy, growing like champs from the get-go. You can tell they know their stuff and care about doing it right. Plus, they were so easy to talk to—always friendly, quick to answer any questions, and just great to work with. They showed up right on time, every time, and put in serious work to make everything look perfect. They had a solid crew, with everyone pitching in and making it all come together smoothly. It was pretty impressive to watch. We have worked with a lot of different companies/people on our home and they definitely stand out as top-notch.What really stood out was how they checked in after the job was done to make sure we were happy and the plants were doing well. That kind of follow-up shows they’re the real deal. We’re thrilled with how it turned out and would totally tell anyone to go with Tamura Designs for an awesome landscaping job!

Aside from the very professional irrigation and planting work at my home, they were easy to work with. They kept me updated on all activity and progress, spent as much time as I needed to answer any questions. They were very flexible if I wanted to make changes.
The communication was great. I got messages as to when they would arrive and they did arrive at those times.
After the initial work, they did come back if something did not look right, or there way a problem. No questions asked.
I was very happy with their work and will be hiring them again in the future

This is a long-overdue review of Tamura Design’s landscaping services. Esther and her team were incredibly responsible. I never had to check their work; they knew exactly what to do and completed the project smoothly. They also offered valuable suggestions, such as reusing plants and keeping the grass turf, which helped save on costs. Additionally, Esther provided me with a great gardener referral, and I’m very satisfied with the gardener’s work as well.

I have had 3 jobs done and all 3 jobs have come out fantastic. You will NOT beat their prices. I don’t write reviews but I had to let people know how great of work he does. It’s extremely hard to find people who care about their customers and their quality of work. He’s honest he’s hard working and he’s a great person.

They’ve done a wonderful job with putting up a very well made fence in the front of our home! It looks so well made and strong and they did it so quickly! The team is absolutely amazing. Our work included a few accent walls and some jobs like installing pendant lights, patio lights, etc. They were extremely helpful and dedicated to their work. If you're looking for good work and value for money, I would highly recommend them :)

They came over and helped us fix the leak on my roof and added gutters to have water flow effectively. I have some wall rot that needs fixed;their new project. Very affordable! Love them.

Planted several oak trees 2 ft from building foundations and walkways. Excellent way to guarantee plumbing and foundation damage in several years.

Excessive use of gas blowers, shoddy quality in clean up, not responsive to feedback and rude to homeowners request for consistency in work. Planning to change companies as HOA board is changed out

Every tuesday they would come to clean the property and noticed my car and all the other cars are covered in dust. Today 5/26/20 i went to go watch how the workers perform their job and witnessed that they point the blowers directly onto the cars, doesn’t matter if the car is brand new or old. Pointing the blowers directly onto the cars can cause damages and scratches so now who is responsible for the scratches and damages done to my car and all the other cars. This company needs to be responsible for damages done to any cars especially to my car. it’s workers need to be trained for their poor non caring performance of their job. If this cannot be taken care of correctly and professionally then they shouldn’t be hired for lacking professionalism. I will capture their workers on camera next time or every time they are here to do clean up duties to show proof on how bad these crew cleaners are.🤬🤬👎👎👎
