I called Eli for A/C maintenance. He showed up on time and was able to perform a set of check up of the vents and diagnose the root cause of the problem quickly. He then confirmed the costs with proper documentation and quickly proceeded to fix the issue. My A/C and house is significantly colder now after the fix. Really appreciate his work. He was also professional and easy to work with.

Although it meant no further work for him, Eli recommended replacing rather than repairing the dishwasher, given its age and the repair cost - which made perfect sense. I called Eli at Spark Appliance Repair to come fix a refrigerator and a dishwasher. He fixed the refrigerator and did additional work on which I appreciated. And, he helped me understand the problem with my dishwasher. He helped me understand that a replacement dishwasher was the best next step for me. After I purchased the dishwasher (from Meyer's Appliance), Eli installed it. I will definitely be using Spark Appliance Repair again.

Eli came to my house in Santa Clara to fix my ice machine. My housemates and I weren't even really sure what was wrong with it but in under an hour he diagnosed the issue and was able to solve it very quickly. He was extremely efficient and helpful and now the ice machine works again! Eli and his co-worker were very friendly and sweet and even offered to help fix our shower head. As usual, the technician fixed our leaky dishwasher to our satisfaction. The only small gripe I have is that the technician was about 45 minutes late. I would have given five stars if he had called and let us know that he will be late.

The best experience with appliance company we have ever had. Eli went out of his way to fix our furnace. He couldn’t find the part which was broken in any of the retail or online stores however I it didn’t stop him. I was afraid that we will have to buy and install a new furnace. But Eli promised to fix it and he fixed it, even though it took him 4 visits and probably many hours to find that part. To my surprise it didn’t cost us more and he only charged us the amount he gave in the original estimate.

I had a good experience with the Spark repairperson. He diagnosed the problem with my washer, explained why it wasn't worth fixing, and recommended some alternatives for finding a new washer. So, not completely wonderful experience (he couldn't fix the washer! Not his fault!) but very professional and quick. Also, the guy showed up exactly on time - that doesn't always happen with service people. I'll definitely call them again when I need appliance work.

Eli rocks! We had an issue with our Electrolux dishwasher and called him in the morning 3 hours later he was at our door and fixed the issue without getting any replacement parts which would have been an expensive repair. He accomplished it for a price well below all other estimates we got. On top of that he is honest and a fair man to do business with. We will call him again in case we have any issues with our appliances.

I got problem with my Kenmore range and needed a professional and experienced appliance repair company. I found Spark Appliance Repair on Yelp and the reviews seemed too good. So, I decided to contact them explained the symptoms over the phone and Eli told that it maybe control board problem but he needs to see the range. He made the same day appointment and even provided a courtesy call when was on his way. He quickly detected what was wrong with my oven (yes ,it was control board which needed to be replaced) and quoted me the price.He offered me an appointment for the next day to come back with parts and complete the repair.The next day Eli did an amazing repair job and fixed my problem . He also took extra care in protecting the floor . Furthermore, 2 days later Eli called to see if the was working "ok"! Spark Appliance Repair is cost conscious , quick, efficient and I will be going back to this company if another appliance needs repair! Highly recommended

We had leaking water in the fridge and our cooling system wasn't working. After I was done panicking I realized that we needed immediately to find a company that will save our fridge and food from spoiling! It was a repair on short notice and I gave a call to Eli at Spark Appliance for the same day appointment. I was able to make an appointment quickly and Eli arranged a time that was convenient for me. I was very impressed by their promptness, professionalism and fair pricing. Spark Appliance is the company caring about the customer and we are so lucky to have them in our area.
I will definitely use Spark Appliance again and recommending Eli to everyone.

They came at the end of the day. I had already removed the food from our fridge to speed things up. It was pretty obvious what the part they need to replace was so the one guy calls the store and asks them to hold it + wait a bit. It was almost 5 when he took off and the place closed at 5. Luckily, they stayed open a bit longer so he could get the part. While he was driving his partner took the fridge apart so when he got back all he had to do was slide in the replacement and I got my fridge back in short order.

Fixed an LG washer. Called Spark on a Tuesday and they were here on Wednesday. Washer wasn’t draining - I thought it was the pump. They showed up and had a brand new (and LG brand, not off brand) pump ready. Confirmed the problem in 5 minutes and had swapped the pump in 45 min.
Parvin and Denis(sp?) were great - professional and got the job done well.

This guy came to our house this morning to fix our refrigerator. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fixed the problem on the spot. He went through everything very thoroughly and we felt completely comfortable having him do the work then and there. He also gave "first time customer" discount to us. The price we paid was fair. We will certainly be using Spark again and recommending the company to anyone.

Elsevar was great fixing our Electrolux dryer. He communicated everything, was on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and charged a reasonable price. And he's funny. What more could you ask for.

I found this company on Yelp and wasn't disappointed. They offer online scheduling (useful at 11 at night,) and were able to come in the very next day. They worked quickly to diagnose the problem and quote me a price, and then left to go get the necessary part. Within the hour, they were back, and now my washer is as good as new. Elsevar (Eli) was friendly and professional, and he and his assistant were courteous, thoughtful and left the garage looking like no one had even been there. He showed me the broken part and explained what was wrong, and then offered a 6-month warranty on the part and the work.
