All reviews for SF2 Construction

Andrew is amazing! His crew Is wonderful, i am so happy how My project turned out so beautiful and i couldnt ask for a better job! This is hands down definitely a 5 Star company and i Will be using them For My next upcoming project! Thanks again!

We collected bids from about 10 contractors to renovate the shower and WC area of the master bathroom. Andrei Lofman came to our house and gave us good ideas on how to maximize the space by removing unneeded false ceiling and opening up shower space. We liked his approach and that his bid was at least half the most expensive bid. The tile we chose for the accent wall was a deep green rectangle and we wanted the tiles set horizontally in rows side-by-side. This design requires precise measurement and placement of the tiles. The work is perfect. The grout lines are straight including the 2 edge rows of tiles cut slightly smaller to accommodate the space. Besides the excellent tile work, we appreciated the extra time, effort, and thought that Andrei put into the project. For example, I forgot to purchase a toilet roll holder and Andrei just bought one to match the towel rack and installed it without adding it to the cost of the project. The paint color were originally chose didn't look right and he repainted with a better color. As a result of his good work we have asked him to complete a deck project. I would recommend Andrei Lofman and SF2 Construction.

I used Andrei Lofman's SF2 Construction to remodel my home in Livermore. Right from the start, we were very impressed by his professionalism. When we were in the evaluation phase, on many occasions, other contractors stood us up, or we had to reschedule multiple times. And the quotes they gave us had wide margins with many details hand-waved. Andrei was on time, listened to our requirements and diligently explained what he would provide, the timeline and how much it would cost. Once we signed the contract, Andrei was on top of things. Always promptly responding to our questions, letting us know what we should expect in the next few weeks, and what's needed from our end.

We built a new bathroom, tore down the kitchen and built it from ground up, installed new hardwood floors and redid the electrical wiring throughout the house and some plumbing work. He hired quality sub-contractors who executed everything within the timeline he originally promised. We're very happy with the quality of work, commitment and professionalism from SF2 Construction. I happily recommend them to anyone looking for construction projects in the Bay Area. You

Andrei did an amazing job transforming our bathroom. He helped us along the way with providing 3D images of the materials and vision we had, and gave us very good suggestions on how to improve or tweak some things. If any problems arose during construction, he was quick to solve them. His main guy Mykola was great as well and provided very high quality product. Overall a very great experience!

Working with Andrei and his team was a great and smooth experience. His quote was quite competitive. Communication was very easy and continuous - I was kept in the loop on all the critical decisions along the way. Andrei accommodated any special requests and went above and beyond on some plumbing work. Highly recommend and myself plan to work with Andrei on my future projects.

I’ve had very good experience working with Andrei on several projects over the past few years. He has been my go to contractor. In 2022, he helped with complete renovation of my house transforming it into a modern and open layout. He came up with some interesting ideas for modern look for bathroom and kitchen remodeling. In 2023, I again used him to upgrade my rental property kitchen which he turned over in a short time. Most recently, in 2024, I trusted him again to build out an ADU, and he did a good job. I highly recommend him for your next project.

We recently had our master bathroom remodeled, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The general contractor Andrei and his entire team were hardworking, honest, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They showed great attention to detail, kept the workspace clean, and communicated clearly throughout the project. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and it’s clear they take real pride in what they do. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for reliable, skilled professionals! Had a great experience working with SF2 primarily with Andrie. He is super knowledgeable and good to work with. My architect was completely online- so there were a lot of stuff which was not addressed in terms of how and what to do. Andrie addressed them well especially adhering to construction codes and managing to stitch in 1960s construction with new extension. He also gave ideas better than the architect to make the project better in terms of cost and aesthetics. He respect his sense of having the large picture and his commitment to timelines. Will work with him in future if needed.

Andrei performed a bedroom and bathroom remodel for our home, and did an incredible job within a reasonable timeline. Andrei did an excellent job managing multiple aspects of the project- permits + inspections, design ideas and feedback, and coordinating multiple trades to efficiently execute the project. He was always very clear and honest with his communication, which helped instill a lot of trust with us since this was our first major renovation project. Andrei is clearly passionate about his work and takes pride in his craft, and took on additional scope in the middle of the project (drywall/painting, flooring and windows to name a few) to improve the end result. The quality of the finished renovation was amazing thanks to his efforts. Strongly recommend him for your project!

Andrei is an amazing contractor! We just remodelled our kitchen with his crew. Andrei has a lot of attention to details, meticulous execution, and lots of great advice along the way. The job was completed within the promised timeline, very clean and gorgeous end result. We will be doing smaller side projects with him after the kitchen remodel. Highly recommend!

Andrei is a top construction professional who you can actually trust to develop and bring your vision to life. I chose him over 10s of other bids, because he was honest & trustworthy from the get-go. He’s built a large-scale, modern deck and helped me solve bunch of other issues around the house, always coming up with proactive and creative ideas. On top of the impressive engineering and structural work he’s done flawlessly, and the permit work he did all by himself, he also added unique designs that make the whole deck structure stand out - without being asked to or increasing the budget. You can see that he truly cares about the craft, not only to get the job done. Was such a pleasure working together, and the results are better than what I’ve imagined!
